West Bengal state Level Essay Writing competition is for both the School Students and the Undergraduate students studying in West Bengal. The students studying in Government and Government aided schools and colleges of the West Bengal State can participate in the Essay Writing Competition. West Bengal state Level Essay Writing competition is being organised by the Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal. The last date to apply in West Bengal State Level Essay Writing Competition is 18 August 2017 and the essay can be written in Bengali/ English/ Urdu/ Nepali/ Santhali/ Hindi.

The Essays will be selected on the basis of organized and original thinking. The quality of presentation with precision will also be taken into consideration. There will be one single ranking taking into account all the essays written in different languages. The decision taken by the judges will be Final and Abiding. In case of two or more candidates securing the same score, the authority reserves the right to divide the prize money amongst the rank holders accordingly.
