VVM 2019 (Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan) is conducted by VIBHA for the students of class 6 to 11.VVM Registration has started from 1 June 2019. The link to apply online is available on this page. The candidates should apply for VVM 2019 through their school and if that is not possible they can go for individual registration. Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan 2019 is conducted by Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar (an organization under the Department of Science and Technology) and NCERT (National Council of Education Research and Training) an institution under the MHRD, Govt. of India.
VVM is for the students who are studying in Class 6 to 11. Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan 2019 which is also known as VVM is a national program which aims to educate and popularize science among school students. Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan also aims to identify and nurture the bright minds among the student community. School and students registration process has been started and the last date to register is 30 September 2019. Scroll down to get the complete information of the VVM 2019.
VVM is a unique app-based exam which means that students will appear in the exam via an App. Students are requested to come in the examination centre with their Mobile/Laptop/Tablet fully charged and with internet connectivity. The computers/laptop/mobile will not be provided at the exam centres. After the successful registration, the exam application (app) will be available on the profile page of the student and students have to download the VVM Exam App on their device to take the exam. The App will block all the calls, SMS, Whatsapp etc. on the mobile so no scope for cheating would be there. The student's mobile/laptop will only act as a medium to take VVM Test 2019.

The candidates participating in the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan 2019 will be awarded on the basis of their performance in a different level of the competition as per the details are given below:

The students can participate in the VVM competition only if their school register online. A completely web-based application process will be conducted for the registration of the school. The school will now appoint an exam controller who will enter the basic details of the schools such as school name, school address, the name of the principal, name of exam coordinator, GEO Mapping of school, UDIES code of the school, mobile number, email ID etc.
Thereafter, Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) will verify the entered data by sending the one-time password (OTP) and an Email verification link on registered mobile and Email ID. UDIES code of the registered school will be used as a school identification number.

Students Registration from School: Now the students who wish to take up the VVM (Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan) exam can be registered only by the appointed coordinator of the school. The candidates have to provide the following basic information about the participating students:
The coordinator has to make registration of the candidates only one online or can download editable excel format to upload and the editable excel format can be downloaded from the portal for offline data entry. The student’s basic information will be shown as students profile on Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan’s official website at https://vvm.org.in. In the case of offline registration, the data of the students will be uploaded online. The participation fee of Rs 100 can only be made through the online mode of payment. Registration fee can be made through debit card, credit card or net banking. The candidates cannot pay the registration fee through cheque or DD. On successful payment, the students have to click the verification link and have to complete the verification process by entering the one-time password (OTP).
Individual Registration by the students: The candidates can also apply individually by following the link given above. The registration process is based on first-come, first-serve as the seats are limited.
After the successful registration, the exam application (app) will be available on the profile page of the student. To take the VVM online exam, the students will have to download the exam application and install it in the registered device (laptop/ tablet/ mobile). The application will be installed and working properly only if the registered device details are correct. The student's profile page will have detailed instructions for VVM Application download and installation process.
Once the App is downloaded, the student will have the option to test the Application. Students will have to update it regularly and have to allow push notification from this App for update notifications.
The students whose VVM registration has been completed successfully will only be able to download their VVM Admit Card (Roll Number). VVM Hall Ticket 2019 is a very important document because the students will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the admit card. Student’s profile page itself will be the hall ticket for the VVM exam. The candidates need to take a print out of the VVM Admit Card 2019.
Students who want to take VVM exam 2019 are advised to take VVM Mock Test 2019 Regularly. Taking a Mock test will help students to build confidence and become familiar with the exam. The registered students will get regular notifications regarding the availability of mock exams. The student will have to log in and take the mock test on the specified date and time. On completion of the mock test, the student can check the mock test results in his profile page which will be displayed in the top section of the Application.
Each student who has successfully registered online/offline will have to appear in the online test. The students can take the examination only in the latest updated app which should be installed in the registered device. There are total 4 levels in the selection process of the Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan 2019 competition. The winners of VVM will be selected at following levels:
Level 1 School Level - The top 3 rankers from each class (6 to 11) will be selected as School Winners.
Level 2 District Level - The top 3 rankers from each class (6 to 11) will be selected as District Winners. All the schools from that district will be part of evaluation.
Level 3 State Level - Top 20 rankers from each class (6 to 11) from a state will qualify to participate in the State Level Camp. Among the 20 rankers who appeared in state camp, only top 3 rankers per class will be selected as State Winner.
Level 4 National Level - Top 2 State level winners, from each state, will qualify to participate in National Camp. Among the students who participated in National Camp, Top 3 Rankers per class will be selected as National winners.
Top 3 Rankers per class, from a zone, will be zonal winners in addition to National winners. (i.e. 18 students per zone).
The total 120 students (20 rankers from each class) from a state will qualify to participate in Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan State Level Camp. The winners will have to attend the State Camp with their own travel expenses. The state-level camp will be for one or two days conducted between 20 December to 25 February 2019. The state-level camp may have some exercises like debate, quiz,Observation and Analysis, Hands-On Activities, Proposal of Problem Solving Ideas etc. as per the difficulty level of their age. The winners will be declared based on performances of the students in State Level Camp.
On the basis of performances in all the activities conducted in state-level camp, total 12 students (2 from each class) will be qualified for a two-day National Camp. National Level Camp will consist of Presentations, Innovation and Creativity, Scientific Understanding, Assessment of Leadership Quality and Out of Box Activities. The winner will be declared based on performances of the selected students in National Level Camp.
