Volvo Group gives 1-year opportunity to work with VOLVO's more than 95,000 friends and colleagues in more than 190 countries. Volvo group gives not only the opportunity of day to day working in the home country but also doing an international assignment abroad in countries like USA, France, UK, China, Brazil, Belgium, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Canada, and Japan.

The Application process will be carried out locally in each participating country. The recruitment process for each country will vary. The candidates will need a valid work permit for the country he/she applies.

Volvo International Graduate Programme Selection process is conducted online, containing resume/CV and a cover letter of the candidates. Candidates must describe for the post he/she is applying which should not exceed 1 page or more. There are five important selection processes for Volvo Graduate Programme. They are described below:
Screening: This is the first stage of the selection process. The uploaded CV/resume will be screened and cross-checked by the recruiters of Volvo and the candidates those who are selected for the next phase will receive a call from the local recruiter.
In this stage, candidates can make the change and update their resume/CV only in the existing profile. The Username and Password of the candidates will remain the same.
Interview: The selected candidates of the first screening stage will be called for a face to face interview. The interview will basically consist of the questions about the Volvo Group and the Graduate programme. Candidates must be prepared with two references after the interview.
Assessment: The final candidates after the face to face interview will be called for the assessment process in order to complete Online ability tests and personality Questionnaire. After the tests get over, the candidates will get their feedback followed by an interview at the local HR department.
Selection: After the assessment, the selected candidate will be offered a permanent contract at his/her department and a position in the Volvo Group International Graduate Programme.
Introduction: The Employment will start with a local introduction at the home department, followed by the first common week within the programme. The programme will begin from September 2018.
