About Saraswati Dalmia Scholarship 2016
- Saraswati Dalmia Scholarship 2016is offered to students opting for either full-time or part-time MPhil/Ph.D. programme in the Department of History of Art and Archaeology.
- The MPhil/Ph.D. program should involve undertaking research in the field of modern and contemporary Indian art.
- Scholarship Amount: The candidate selected for Saraswati Dalmia Scholarship will get a cash reward of GBP 4,155 (Approx. INR 4.2 Lakh) which is to be used for paying the tuition fee for the program.
- Both existing, as well as new students, can make application for the scholarship.
- Application Deadline: The applications for the scholarship will be accepted online and till January 29, 2016.

- Nationality: The Scholarship is available for Indian as well as students from the European Union.
- Educational Qualification: The students are expected to have first division in their Undergraduate degree and distinction in their Master’s Degree.
- Acceptance: The applicant needs to have an offer of admission in the Department of History of Art and Archaeology by the scholarship application deadline.
- Language: The candidate should fulfill the English language condition of their offer of admission to study at SOAS as soon as possible but no later than 1 June 2016.
