Pre Matric Scholarship for SC Students is conducted by Department for the welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities, which is inviting applications from deserving candidates. Students from class 9 &10 are eligible to make applications for the scholarship and the selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of the criteria set by the Department. The scholarship will be offered for a period of 10 months every year and the students selected will get a monthly stipend for 10 months along with Book & Ad-hoc Grant once every academic year. The scholarship will be offered to the deserving candidates on the basis of their status as a Day scholar or Hostler. The details of the Rewards are as follow:

Note: The Students are allowed to avail scholarship benefit either under State Scheme or Centrally sponsored scholarship scheme.
The application process for the Pre Matric Scholarship 2018 for SC Students has started. It is to be noticed by the candidates that the process of filling and submitting the application form is entirely online. There is no procedure to fill the form in offline mode. The last date to apply for the Pre Matric Scholarship 2018 for SC Students is 10 April 2018. Therefore, the candidates are suggested to fill the form on or before the due date.

NOTE: Eligible students studying in schools (Govt. & Govt. Aided) Affiliated to Dte. Of
Education, Delhi Govt. / N.D.M.C /Delhi Cantonment Board / Kendriya Vidyalaya
Sangathan / East DMC/South DMC/ north DMC need not to apply online as the a
data will be processed by their administrative department and they will upload
bulk data on PFMS portal using their dedicated login credentials and submit the
proposal to the Department for the Welfare for E-payment.
Submission of Application
The candidates while filling the application form should ensure that the details filled by them are correct in all aspect. The enclosing of documents is important. The filled in application form has to be submitted through online only. The candidates after submission of the application form are suggested to keep the printout of the application form with them for future reference.
