National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018

National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018 is going to be organised by Central Water Commission (CWC), Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation. It is a quiz competition organised to judge the knowledge of the candidates on the resources of water. It will be organised for school children in January next year and the venue for this program will be New Delhi. The winners of the National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018 will get exciting prizes, whereas all the participating candidates will get a certificate of participation.

The students who are interested in participating in the quiz competition need to apply through schools only. The last date to apply for the competition is 4 December 2017. It will be a team event comprising of two members from Class 6, 7 or 8 in any regular school of any recognized Board in India. 

National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018 is a competition for school children to judge the knowledge of sources of water potentially useful. The Central Water Commission (CWC) who is the organising body of the competition has come up with prise distributions also for the winner

Rewards for National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018

• The winner candidates and teams will get exciting prizes which would be distributed in teams and individually as well.
• All the participating candidates will also get a certificate of participation issued by the Central Water Commission (CWC).

The application for the National Level Water Quiz Competition will be made by schools only. There is no procedure to make the individual application by the candidates. Hence, the schools have to apply on behalf of students by filling up the application form. The link to fill the application form is given below:

Important Points regarding National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018

• The schools can choose any of the 14 centres for the competition as per their convenience. There is no application fee to be paid by schools in order to participate in the National Level Water Quiz Competition on water resources 
• It is to be noticed that only one entry per school is allowed. In case of multiple entries made by schools, the entry which made earlier time stamp will be considered for the competition

Submission of the Application Form

The application form has to be submitted after furnishing the details in every section of the form. The school should be careful while filling up the details of the students. After ensuring that the details filled by them are correct in all aspect, the form should be submitted online. 

There is no offline mode to fill and submit the form. However, in case of any difficulty, the Registration Form can also be submitted in Hard Copy at the following address:

The event will be organised first at the regional level within different participating schools. Only one team per School comprising of two individual students can take part. In case more than one entry is made by one school, then its first entry (in the order of time-stamping) shall only be accepted. After clearing the first round, the candidates would be selected for the final round which will be held in Delhi. Here the winning team will be announced after the final round.

Regional Centres for National Level Water Quiz Competition 2018

There are 14 Regional centres of the Central Water Commission where the first round of the event will be organised. One of these centres can be chosen by the schools.
