NEST Junior Scholarship invites application only from bonafide students of India who are currently studying in class 9 and 10. The student can appear in any of the groups of the exam that are Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) OR Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM). NEST Junior is a Scholarship Test for Science students and it is the 24th Edition of NEST Junior.
The topper of NEST Junior 2020 will get Rs. 50,000 as scholarship also 20 scholarships of Rs. 25,000 each will be distributed to the candidates on merit basis. NEST Scholarship Junior 2020 Exam would be conducted in July 2020 (Sunday)

Certificate of appreciation will be awarded to the students who score an aggregate of 40% and above in all the four sections of the Scholarship Exam put together. The topper winning the scholarship shall be felicitated in a gathering and presided over by some renowned person of knowledge in the last week of October 2020 in Mumbai.
The rewards will be distributed to NEST Junior I as well as II. So, the candidates need to follow up the information given below. The rewards for both are different.
There are at least 10 scholarships of Rs. 25,000 each to the top 10 scorers (with Rs. 40,000 to Rank 1 in NEST Junior I category up to 1000 candidates. Thereafter, there is at least 1 scholarship in every 200 candidates on an average
The national topper will receive Rs. 50,000 and in the category of other prizes, there will be around 10 scholarships of Rs. 30,000 each for top 10 scorers. The other benefits will also be granted to the students given below.
The candidates can apply for NEST Junior 2020 through online mode by following the link given below. A set of six sample question papers will be given for free for those who apply in January and February. For all other who want sample papers, they can add Rs. 250 to the total amount.
The candidates are provided with the steps to fill the application form. The candidates are advised to fill the form by following the steps so that the candidates can ignore the mistakes while filling the application form.

Fill the Application Form
The candidates are required to register themselves on the official website of the NEST by following the link and then the candidates need to fill the application form by filling all the details correctly. The candidates should also be suggested to check the details filled by them before moving to the next step.
Upload Passport Size Photo
The student has to upload a passport size photo of maximum 100 kb in JPG, JPEG, GIFor TIF format. The student should keep the scanned copy of the photograph ready before you start your application process. The photo uploading by the candidates should be visible and should be uploaded in the given format.
Payment and Submission
The last step of filling the NEST Junior Scholarship is to make the payment of the application fee and submit the NEST Junior Scholarship Application form. The details about how to pay the application fee and the information about the submission of the application form are given below.
The candidates can make the payment of the application fee through any of the mode given below. The candidates should remember that the application fee should be paid only once.
Students who apply online do not have to send the application form to the organisers of the scholarship exam. There is no need for attestation, verification or recommendation required for participation.
Students who have applied offline will send the application form along with the demand draft of Rs 500 in favour of SEMCI INDIA payable at Mumbai by Registered Post/ Courier and it should reach the organisers before the due date on the address given below:

Syllabus of the Test: The content and the level of questions are based on SSC/ HSC books prescribed by CBSC, ICSE, and other state board in India. The scholarship is awarded based on the merit in an online test.
NEST Junior Scholarship 2020 Result will be announced in September 2020. Winners will be informed individually by the organisation. The Result announced is final but still if the candidates find any discrepancy in the spelling of their name or their school they can contact the organisers before 30 September 2020, by sending an email at info@nest.in
