MA Scholarships 2016 by The LASALLE College of Arts, Singapore

• MA Scholarships 2016 is offered by LASALLE College of  the Arts Singapore to the students pursuing their Master of Arts (MA) program for the session January, 2016.
• The scholarship will be given to the students to pursue MA at Lasalle College in Singapore. It is not a fully paid up scholarship.

  • MA Artist Educator
  • MA Arts & Cultural Management
  • MA Asian Art Histories
  • MA Fine Arts

• The LASALLE Scholarship for Master of Arts study is designed to identify the most talented new Masters students with excellent academic achievements, strong leadership potential, and passion for the arts.
• Last Date to apply is November 11, 2015.
• Duration: 2 years for the entire MA Programme

LASALLE Scholarship for Master of Arts Reward

Candidates will receive a scholarship amount worth S$5,000. The total tuition fee for two years for all the MA course is given below and the scholarship will only cover some part of the course fee. The rest amount of fee, living expenses and other miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the students.

How the Funds will be disbursed?

Disbursement of funds will be divided into equal amounts for each semester and credited into the successful student’s fee account at the College.

Enclosures to be submitted

• A completed Scholarship Application Form
• Photocopy of your Letter of Offer from LASALLE College of the Arts
• Curriculum vitae or resume
•  A typed 500-word statement on personal interest & achievement in relation to the programme of study
• Photocopies of your most recent transcripts & certificates
• Photocopy of your NRIC (front & back) or Passport
• Photocopy of scholarship / grant / financial assistance letters awarded (if applicable)
• Reference letters or recommendation letters (if any)

LASALLE Scholarship for Master of Arts Selection Process

• Candidates will get selected on the basis of the below mentioned criteria
  • Impressive academic record with portfolio/audition/interviews or other criteria as may be laid down from time-to-time
  • Outstanding performance track record and/or relevant experience in their chosen field
  • Ability to demonstrate engagement in chosen field with activities outside of coursework, such as participation and/or achievements in external activities
  • High level of maturity and strong leadership qualities

Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the outcome of award by end December 2015
