ICWA Essay Competition 2019 has started and the last date to apply online is 1 October 2019. All the entries are accepted in PDF format only, however, candidates can submit their entries in video format as well. Get complete details on this page. ICWA is a junior and senior level essay competition based on ‘Awareness Programme on Indian Foreign Policy’. Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) started the competition in 2016, and this is the 3rd Edition of the essay writing competition. The students enrolled in school and aged 15 to 18 years are eligible to participate under the junior level category, and the students enrolled in PG/UG programs in any recognised college/university in India and aged 18-25 years are eligible to participate under the senior level category. Nationality: The senior or junior participants must be an Indian citizen.
Age: The junior participants should be aged 15 to 18 years old and the participants applying under senior category should be aged 18 to 25 years old. Educational Qualification: The students applying under junior category should be enrolled in any recognised school in India and the students applying under senior category must be enrolled in a graduate/post-graduate program in a College/University from anywhere in all over India. The language of the essay: Essay should be written in English or Hindi. |

The eligible students who wish to participate in the competition under junior or senior category can submit essay only through online mode. Essay along with the required certificate of the participant should be sent via email to essayicwa@gmail.com latest by 1 October 2019. The hard copy of the essay has not to be sent via offline mode.
