Fedbank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarships is for students of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat & Maharashtra. Federal Bank has instituted a public charitable trust by name Fedbank Hormis Memorial Foundation in 1996 to perpetuate the fond memory of late K. Fedbank Scholarship Eligible courses

• MBBS
• Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Agriculture(B.Sc) including BSc (Hons) Cooperation & Banking with Agricultural Sciences, conducted by Agriculture Universities
• Nursing (B.Sc) 
• MBA

The complete tuition fee (as per fee structure of Government colleges) of the selected candidates will be reimbursed under Fedbank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarships.

Fedbank Scholarship: Total Number of Scholarships

Number of Scholarships: 20 students from each discipline will be awarded the FedBank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarships 2018. One scholarship in each discipline will be given to the physically challenged student.

Amount of Scholarship

100% reimbursement of the tuition fees as per the fee structure for seats allotted in the Government quota in Govt., Aided and Self-financing colleges, subject to a maximum of Rs.1,00,000 in a year up to the normal completion of course.

The application form can be filled by following the link given below. Applications for scholarships are invited from students studying in the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Submission of the Application Form

The application form for the FedBank Scholarship would be filled by following the link given above on this page. The completed application form should reach the following address prior to the due date.

On the basis of the scholarship application, the student will be shortlisted for the interview. The FedBank Hormis Memorial Foundation Scholarships are granted to selected students pursuing streams viz. Medicine (MBBS), Engineering (BE/B-Tech), Agriculture (B.Sc), Nursing (B.Sc) and MBA.

20 students in each stream are offered the scholarship with one seat reserved for a differently abled student. If shortlisted for the interview, the following documents are to be submitted in original for verification along with a self-attested photocopy of the same. The list of the documents to be attached is given below:

1. Copy of Mark sheet of the qualifying exam  (If originals are already submitted to the college and not available for verification, attach a copy of the mark sheet attested by the head of the college of study)
2. Copy of Admission Letter
3. Copy of Bonafide certificate from the College stating that you are doing the course mentioned in the application for the scholarship.
4. Copy of Fee structure of the course specifying the Tuition fee & periodicity of payment duly certified by the Principal of the College.
5. Copy of Family income certificate issued by revenue authorities
6. Proof of ID and address and one passport size photo
7. Copy of Nativity Certificate as per GO (MS) No.567/91/RD dated 12.9.1991
8. Copy of Medical Certificate in case of physically challenged candidates

Visit Branch of Federal Bank branch near to the place of domicile of the students along with the Originals & copies of documents for verification.
