• CREDAI Educational Scholarship Fund (CESF) 2016 is conducted by Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) and gives scholarship loan for the following courses to the students pursuing the courses from anywhere in India. The scholarship will be given on the basis of Class 12 marks and students whose annual family income is less than Rs. 5 lakhs can apply.
  • Civil Engineering
  • Real Estate related Engineering Courses
  • Architecture Courses
• The Maximum Scholarship Loan from CREDAI is Rs.50,000 each per annum for Civil Engineering Degree Courses and other Real Estate related Engineering Courses; and Rs.25,000 for Architecture Courses.
• Students pursuing Engineering/Architectural degree or any other degrees related to real estate industry can apply.
• The last date to apply for CESF 2016 is July 15, 2016.

CREDAI will provide a maximum loan of the following:

• Rs. 50,000 each per annum for Civil Engineering Degree courses and other Real Estate related Engineering Courses
• Rs.25,000 for Architecture Courses.

• Fee Paid receipt of the Institute / College last attended
• Bonafide Certificate from the Institute / College last attended

• Bank account details of the applicant

• Screening Cum Evaluation Committee: A Screening cum Evaluation Committee of three eminent persons will be created by All State Associations/Chapters that will scrutinize all the applications based on their eligible criteria and the marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination
• Merit and Family Income: the criterion for selection will be merit and family's income. The students eligible to seek admission in the respective first year/any other year of these courses will be considered for selection.
• Confirmation: The Short-listed candidates will be confirmed and affirmed by the Screening cum Evaluation Committee and the short-listed candidates list should be submitted to the CREDAI National.
• The Short-listed candidates successful in the selection process are informed that they will need to sign an undertaking for acceptance of this grant as a repayable loan.
