ALHW Logo Design Competition

• Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works (ALHW) will be celebrating its Golden Jubilee on October 22, 2015 and to celebrate the same ALHW is organizing a Logo Design Competition.
• The ALHW Logo Design Competition is open for all Indian citizens and there is no participation fee.
• The last date to submit entries for the competition is September 22, 2015.
• Two selected winner of the ALHW Logo Design Competition will get rewarded with cash prize of Rs. 6000 & Rs.4000 along with certificate and mementos.

ALHW Logo Design Competition Rewards

Out of the entries received only 2 winners will be selected and will be awarded with the following prizes:

• Cash Prize: The First prize winner will get cash prize of Rs. 6000 while the entry selected as the winner of second prize will get cash prize of Rs. 4000.
• Memento/Certificates: The selected candidate will also be rewarded with Certificate and Mementos.

ALHW Logo Design Competition Application Process

The candidates who are interested in making application for the competition can submit their applications online. The details of the application process are as following: 

• Application Form: The Application form can be downloaded from the website of Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works. >> Link will be provided once available.
• Specification of the Logo: The Logo of Andaman Lakshadweep Harbour Works should be as per the following:
• The Logo should depict the activities carried out by ALHW and should be related to jetties, wharves, breakwaters, slipways etc.
• The Logo must contain the Motto 'Service To Islands' and the word 'ALHW'.
• It should be simple, memorable, modern, smart & recognizable.
• Number of Entries: Each participant is allowed to submit only a single entry.
• Submission of the entries: Entries fpor the competition can be submitted online and the following things should be kept in mind while submitting:
  • Size: A4, 297x210 mm.
  • Resolution: 300 dpi.
  • Format: JPEG.
  • Dimensions: 595x841 pixels.
  • Size: Maximum 10 MB.
  • Information to be mentioned: The name of the participant, I/C Number, Telephone Number, E-mail address and Postal address should be mentioned.

ALHW Logo Design Competition Selection Process

• The winners of the ALHW Logo Design Competition will be informed by Telephone or e-mail.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding and no firther claims will be entertained.
