Swachh Bharat Short Film Festival Winners have been announced by National Film Development Corporation (NFDC). The competition was organised under 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan', a national Campaign by the Government of India, covering 4,041 statutory cities and towns.
The aim of the Campaign is to provide cleanliness to every Indian family which includes houses, toilets, streets and safe drinking water. The Campaign was officially launched on October 2, 2014 by the Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi. To make the campaign more successful, every Indian citizen of the nation including adults and children should participate and take responsibility to keep the nation clean.
Swachh Bharat Short Film Festival 2016
The National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) of India had invited the entries for the Short Films Competitions to expand the awareness among the people and to have a view of the citizens of India about sanitation and its benefits for public health. NFDC has announced the result of the Short Film Competitions. The list of the winners is given below:
