JEE Main Slot Booking 2019 - How to Book Exam Day
As mentioned above, candidates won't be able to select the day of exam i.e. JEE Main slot booking. While filling the JEE Main registration 2019, candidates are required to follow the steps given below -
- Step 1 - Fill in the required details in the JEE Main application form
- Step 2 - Candidates won't be selecting any dates for the test i.e. JEE MainSlot Booking. They can only select the exam city
- Step 3 - NTA will randomly do the JEE Main slot booking for candidates
- Step 4 - JEE Main slots i.e. time and date will be announced after the conclusion of the application process
Apart from the exam date, candidates are advised to enter the other details carefully. Any error in the entered details may lead to cancellation of candidature. However, NTA will provide a time-period to make the necessary corrections in the JEE Main application. Candidates must note that they will get only one chance for JEE Main correction of application form.
JEE Main Slot Booking 2019 - Timing and Venue
After submission of the application form of JEE Main, the candidates who have successfully submitted it will be issued the JEE Main admit card. Details about JEE Main Slot i.e. the time, date and venue of the exam centre will be printed on it. The admit card is an important document and candidates are required to keep the same safely even after the conduct of the test.
Through random JEE Main slot booking 2019 done by the NTA, candidates will be allotted the slots. On the day of the test, candidates are required to visit the JEE Main exam centres along with the admit card and other necessary documents. As per the JEE Main slot 2019 allotted, candidates must make sure that they reach the venue at least 2.5 hours before the exam starts. No candidates will be allotted to enter the test centre after the exam starts.
JEE Main Admit Card 2019
The JEE Main admit card will be available online and will be issued only to those candidates who have successfully submitted the application form. Details about the candidate and the exam will be printed on the JEE Main admit card. Also, the time, date and venue will be printed on the admit card as per the JEE Main slot booking made by the applicant. As mentioned earlier, candidates are required to download the admit card and carry the same to the test centre on the day of the test. Without the admit card, candidates won't be allowed to enter the exam venue and write the test. Also, aspirants are advised to keep the admit card safe until the conclusion of the admission process.
