WBJEE JECA Application Form 2018 - Registration Started

WBJEE JECA Application Form 2018 is available and will be filled through the online mode only. The application process of JECA scheduled to be started on 8 March 2018. WBJEE JECA is an entrance examination that conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) for admission to Master of Computer Application (MCA) course in various institutions in West Bengal. Those candidates who willing to get admission in MCA course in any institution of West Bengal are required to appear in JECA. The application process of WBJEE JECA 2018 has started and will be completed via online mode only. Candidates have to fill the online application form to appear in WBJEE JECA 2018 examination that will be conducted on 23 June 2018. The application process has started from 8 March 2018. Steps to Fill the Application Form

STEP 1: Registration: Candidates have to enter their registration details such as Name, DOB, Mobile No., Email Address, etc. before filling the actual application form. They also have to choose password and security question/answer. After successful registration, an application number will be generated and SMS/ email will be sent to the candidates.

STEP 2: Application Form: After registration candidates will able to fill the application form. In the application form, candidates are required to fill up various personal information regarding, nationality, income category, address, choice of examination zones, academic detail etc.

STEP 3: Upload Images: Candidates are required to upload the scanned image of their recent color passport size photograph and signature. The format & dimension of Images is mentioned below:

Payment of JECA 2018 Application Fee

After uploading the images candidates have to pay the application fee for complete the application process. Candidates can pay the WBJEE JECA 2018 application fee through cashless mode by Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card. The online bank charges will be applicable on the application fee.

Submission of JECA 2018 Application Form

The WBJEE JECA 2018 application form has to be submitted through the online mode only. After the successful submission of application form, the confirmation page will be displayed. Candidates should take a printout of the confirmation page and keep it safe till the completion of admission process. The confirmation page cannot be regenerated at any later stage. Hence it is the responsibility of the candidate to preserve it safely.

Instruction to Fill the WBJEE JECA Application Form

• Candidates should be careful while submitting the registration details because it can’t be changed/edited/modified under normal circumstances.
• Details submitted in the registration & application form must match exactly with the Class 10 admit card, mark sheet, certificates, photo identity card, caste/category certificates etc. that candidates have to produce at the time of entering in the examination hall as well as during counselling and admission.
• Candidate’s photograph that will be uploaded to the application form must be taken on or after 1 December 2017. The background of the photograph must be very light color.
• Candidate’s face should occupy at least 50% of the entire space for photograph looking straight to the camera.
• Copy of the same photograph needs to be produced for entering the examination centre, during counselling, admission, registration with the university etc.

Correction of JECA Application Form

After the submission of registration and application form, the information provided cannot be changed/ edited/ modified under normal circumstances. If the candidate wants to correct any information after final submission then they have to visit the Board office personally along with all original documents within the last date of the application process. Nevertheless, the Board’s decision in this regard will be final and binding for the candidate.
