Uttarakhand Polytechnic UBTER JEEP Application Form 2018 has been released online. The candidate who seeks admission in polytechnic for engineering and non-engineering courses can apply now. The last date to apply for the same is 15 March 2018. JEEP is Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic conducted by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education for admission in various courses for diplomas. Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP Application Form 2018 started from 1 January. Followings are the courses for one can take admission in:

• Diploma in Pharmacy 
• Hotel Management and Catering Technology
• Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice, PG Diploma in Computer Application

UBTER JEEP Application Form 2018 – How to Apply

Candidate can fill the application form by going through the link given below. The payment of Rupees 500(For SC/ST category) and Rupees 800(For general and rest categories) will be made by candidate online in order to complete the process. The form will be filled and submitted online, candidates need not to send any documents or form to the institute.

Application Process for UBTER JEEP 2018

• STEP 1: Fill the application form: Candidate can visit the above link and select the course he/she wants to apply for and fill the followings details given below. Personal details:

• STEP 2: Make Payment: After filling the registration form, the candidate has to make payment online only. Candidate can choose from Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking to make payment. Please keep in mind, once candidate paid the fees, a candidate cannot make any change in the application form, so cross check all the information before paying the application fees. The candidate is also advised to take out the print of fee receipt in order to use for future occurrence. 
• STEP 3: Upload Documents: After filling the application form and submitting the fees, the candidate now has to submit their passport-sized photograph and signature according to the instruction given below.
  • Photograph:
    • Candidate should upload a recent photo of his/her.
    • Photo must be coloured against the white background.
    • Photo must be neat and clean and showing face details clearly.
    • Dimensions 200X230 pixels (preferred). 
    • Size of file should be between 20kb-50kb.
  • Signature:
    • The signature must be on white paper with Blue/Black Ink Pen.
    • Scan the signature area only not the whole paper.
    • Dimensions 140X60 pixels (preferred).
    • Size of file should be between 10kb-20kb.
• STEP 4: Take Print Out: After uploading the photo and signature, a confirmation form will be generated which candidate has to print. The confirmation page is important to keep and have valuable information including registration number.

Submission of Uttarakhand Polytechnic JEEP Application Form will be online only; a candidate needs not to send any documents or application form to any institute. After filling the application form, candidates have to make payment and upload scanned photo and signature and a confirmation form will be generated which candidate need to print. All the process will take place online only.
