GITAM BSc Nursing Application Form 2018

Those candidates who willing to get admission in B.Sc Nursing program of GITAM University can apply through both online and offline mode. Candidates can submit their application form online or offline. Candidates have to follow the link given below to apply for the GNAT Exam. The candidates have to pay application fee of Rs. 300 to appear in the GNAT Nursing Entrance Test. The application form should be filled carefully as editing application form after submission would not be possible. The details in the application form should match with the relevant documents.

The application process of BITAM BSc Nursing program will begin in July 2018. The application form can be filled through both online and offline mode. The application form should be filled carefully as editing application form after submission would not be possible. Step to fill the Application Form

The steps to fill the application form has been explained on this page.

STEP 1: Fill the Application Form: The candidates have to follow the link given below to fill in the application form. They have to fill in their details like Name, Addressed, Valid Contact details and Academic details.

• After successfully filling up of the application form, Candidates will be allotted an application number which can be used for the future references.

STEP 2: Upload the Photograph: In the next step applicants have to upload their recent passport size photograph in Jpg/ Jpeg format only with dimensions of 4x4 cm. The size of the image should be less than 50Kb.

STEP 3: Pay the Application Fee: Finally, the candidate has to pay the application fees of the application form that is Rs 300 via Online Mode Only. The Application Fee can be paid in one of the following modes:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net Banking

STEP 4: Now applicants have to print the confirmation page after the successful payment of the GITAM GNAT Registration Form.

Submission of GNAT Application Form

Online Mode: Those candidates who filled the application form on the website have to submit it through online mode only. Candidates have to pay the application fee through to complete the submission process. Candidates will only be able to download the admit cards, confirmation receipt and filled in Application Form after the successful payment of the application fee.

Offline Mode: Those candidates who filled the offline application form have to send it along with Demand Draft of Rs. 300 drawn in the favor of “GITAM University” payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank at the following address before the due date.
