WBSCVT ITI Counselling 2018: The registration for WSCVT ITI Counselling 2018 has been started from 24 July 2018 for both E and M groups. The link to apply online for WBSCVT ITI Counselling is available on this page.  WBSCVT ITI Result has already declared on 24 July 2018.  The West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training will call the shortlisted candidates for the counselling. State wise merit list will be prepared for each trade group. WBSCVT ITI 2018 is West Bengal ITI Admission (WB ITI) entrance exam conducted for admission in Government ITIs/ IITCs/ Jr Polytechnics of West Bengal. WBSCVT ITI Counselling 2018 Basic details

The shortlisted candidates will be given choice filling for counselling process which will be held on an online basis. Get the complete information about the WBSCVT ITI Counselling 2018 on this page.

• An SMS will be sent to the Candidate's Mobile Number and Email ID after the preparation of the State-Wise Merit List provided in the application form containing User ID and Password for Login to the counselling portal to participate in the choice filling for online counselling.
• One Applicant can provide his/ her choice of trades and Institutes based on the availability of seats in that particular institute.
• Auto up gradation of seat allocation will be available and the process of the same will be available on the website of WBSCVT.

WBSCVT ITI Counselling Process - Follow the Process

The WBSCVT Counselling Procedure is available for the candidates. The candidates can, therefore, register themselves on the official website of West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training and then proceed further. The counselling procedure is given below.

Choice Filling and Online WBSCVT ITI Counselling

• The choice of filling for the counselling process will be held on an online basis. After preparation of the merit list, the candidates will be notified via an SMS to participate in the choice filling for online counselling. In the choice filling, the applicants can provide his/ her choice seats based on the availability of that particular institute.

Seat Allocation and Admission

• After filling up the choices, the allocation of the seat would be done based on the rank position and the choice of institute given by the candidates while online counselling. The candidates will be given or allotted the institute of their choice. Once the seats get allotted, the candidates can see the allotted seats and can take a printout of the seat confirmation slip.

Payment of Admission Fee

• After the allotment of the seats, the candidates have to make the payment of the application fee at the concerned Govt ITI/ TC/ JP and Govt it is running under PPP mode. However, the remaining fees need to be paid by the candidates at the beginning of every semester.

Documents to be submitted at the time of WBSCVT ITI Counselling 2018

Documents to be submitted by E Group at the time of Admission;

• Self-attested copy of;
  • the final mark sheet and certificate of Class VIII.
  • the admit card of CET 2018
  • the photocopy of Aadhar card
  • the certificates for S/C, S/T, P/H (if any). A candidate should have a certificate in his/her name only for availing admission under any reserved seat (SC/ST/PH).
  • Kanyashree enrolee certificate/document
  • Vocational pass certificate (if any)
• VTC quota candidates should submit any Vocational course completion certificate issued by the Govt. of West Bengal.
• Medical certificate of fitness issued by a medical practitioner of MBBS or BHMS degree as per given format.
• Downloaded copy of Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.
• All related fees as mentioned under the Fee Structure Portal to be deposited at the time of Admission at the respective Institute.

Documents to be submitted by E Group at the time of Admission for "E" Group:

• Self-attested copy of:
• The Certificates like age-proof / Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination, mark sheet and certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• The certificates for S/C, S/T, P/H (if any). A candidate should have a certificate in his/her name only for availing admission under any reserved seat (SC/ST/PH).
• the photocopy of Aadhar card
• Industry-sponsored candidates should bring letter/certificate from his/her sponsored Industry. The sponsored letter should be in the official Letter Head of the Industry mentioning the Company Registration number or MSME registration number.
• Vocational pass certificate (if any)
• VTC quota candidates should submit any Vocational course completion certificate issued by the Govt. of West Bengal.
• Medical certificate of fitness issued by a medical practitioner of MBBS or BHMS degree as per given format.
• Downloaded copy of Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.
• All related fees as mentioned under the Fee Structure menu portal to be deposited at the time of Admission at the respective Institute.

Note: The documents related to the Madhyamik should only be submitted by the M Group applicants and the documents related to the Class 8 should only be submitted by the E Group applicants. Although the rest of the mentioned documents should be submitted by both the applicants.
