The candidates seeking admission in B.V.Sc. &  A.H. in Veterinary Colleges in Rajasthan has to fill an online application form on the official website or the candidates can also fill the online RPVT 2018 application form by clicking the link given below. The candidates are suggested to follow the steps given below and fill the application form accordingly. The below instructions are given to the candidates which will help them to fill the application form and also help them to ignore the mistakes while filling the RPVT online application form.

STEP 1: Registration- First, the candidates have to visit the official website by clicking the link given above. Now the candidates have to click on online registration option given there. Now the candidates have to register themselves by entering the personal details such as name, email id, phone number etc.

STEP 2: Filling the Application Form- After successful registration on the official website, the candidates need to now fill the online application form. to fill the online application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, email id, phone, nationality, gender, age and educational details like marks details & name of the board or university in the class 10 & 12 and contact details & address.

STEP 3: Upload Scanned Images- After filling the application form, the candidates have to upload the scanned images by following the upload link given there. The candidates have to upload the scanned copy of the following documents:

• Photograph
• Signature
• Thumb Impression
• Self-Declaration Form (if applicable)

Criteria for the photograph:  The photograph must be colored and taken on or after 01 January 2018. Black & White photographs, Polaroid, indistinct, doubtful photographs, name, and date are written on the photograph, old photograph taken before 01 January 2018, damaged and forged photograph are liable to be rejected. 

Each scanned copy of the documents should fulfill the size & dimension criteria given there.

STEP 4: Payment of Application Fee- The candidates after filling the application form and uploading required images, now have to need to make payment of the RPVT application form. The payment of the application fee can be made by any of the following modes:

• Debit Card
• Credit Card
• Net Banking

The application fee will not be accepted by the VCI in other modes of payment like Demand Draft/ Cheque/ Cash/ IPO/ Money Order etc. after making payment of the application form, the candidates have to download the confirmation page and take a print out of it and keep it safe for the future reference.

Submission of RPVT 2018 Application Form

The candidates who want to get admission into B.V.Sc and A.H courses course through counselling need to fill an online application form only through online mode on the official website. The application form can only be submitted through online mode and it cannot be withdrawn once it has been successfully submitted online. No request for Refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained by the VCI under any circumstances.

A proforma will be uploaded on the official website of RAJUVAS at the time of uploading the Admit Card. The candidates are required to download the proforma and affix one postcard size (4”x6”) photograph on it. This proforma have to be produced by the candidates to Centre Superintendent at Centre during RPVT 2018 Examination.

The Candidates who have successfully submitted their online application forms along with successful transaction of the fee will have the facility to make corrections or changes in the particulars whatever they have filled in the online application form before final submission of application form.
