NEET 2021 Application Form Correction - Correct the form

NEET 2021 Application Form Correction can be done from 11 August to 14 August 2021. The link for the NEET application form correction has been provided on this page. Candidates can modify their date of birth, category and status of the person with a disability in the NEET application form. No more correction in the application form of NEET 2021 will be allowed. Therefore, aspirants are required to modify the details carefully. An additional fee will be paid by the aspirants for correction in the category as per the prospectus. The last date for NEET 2021 application form correction is 14 August 2 PM. To log in to the NEET application form correction window, candidates must enter their registration number and password. The candidates are advised to be very careful while making the corrections in NEET 2021 Applications as the NTA will not reopen the correction window. After making the required changes, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the correction slip and keep it safe for their reference.

NEET 2021 application form correction has started from 11 August 2021, the candidates are advised to be very careful while making the corrections in NEET 2021 Applications as the correction window will not be opened again by the NTA. Candidates are informed that no changes will be made in the category after the submission of the application form. The last date to correct NEET 2021 Application form is 14 August 2021 up to 2 PM. The candidate can log in to the following link given below to make corrections.

• The candidates who have filled the DOB, Identification Identity and Gender through the Adhaar Number will not be allowed to do any change as their details have already been validated by Aadhaar.
• The sections which are mentioned below are allowed to be changed by all the candidates who have filled the NEET Application Form. However, there is an exception to change some of the sections given in the table below.

NEET Application Fields that can be corrected

The candidate can make changes from 11 August to 14 August 2021 if any. No correction will be allowed thereafter. All the information (especially in category) which is filled on the date of submission of the form will be considered valid and no change is allowed later. Candidate can correct their photograph and signature via email or SMS as well. Allotment of the centre is made by Computer and under no circumstances, the allotted centre shall be changed by the Board. The option of the medium of Question Paper should be exercised while filling in the application form and the option once exercised by candidates cannot be changed later. However, Listed below are the particulars that can be altered during the NEET Application Correction Period.

Photograph and Signature
In case there is some error in the uploaded scanned images of Signature and Photographs, Candidates will receive the SMS on their registered mobile number and Email ID. The candidates who receive such SMS or Email will have to correct their images accordingly. To make the changes in the images, candidates are required to use candidates log in to make corrections.

Exam Centre Correction
If any candidates want to correct their examination centre/city, they can do so in the stipulated correction window. The option once exercised in the given correction timings will be considered final.

Date of Birth
In case the candidates have made any mistake in their Date of Birth while filling NEET Application Form, He/They can edit their date of birth only and only if these candidates have filled the application form without using Aadhar as their Identity document. It is to be noted that once the final changes are submitted, No candidates will be able to change the particulars after 16 March 2021.
(Candidates who have entered Aadhar Number as their Identification document can not make changes in their Date of Birth)

Gender
The candidates who have filled up the NEET Online application form using other documents than Aadhar example - Passport Number, Ration Card Number, Bank Account Number etc. will be able to make changes in their gender in the NEET online Application Form.
(Candidates who have entered Aadhar Number as their Identification document can not make changes in their Gender as their details are similar to Aadhar)

Identification Identity
All the candidates who have registered using any of the Identity documents other than Aadhar card can now enter their Aadhar card number in the NEET 2021 Application Form. 
(All the candidates who have filled their NEET online application form using Aadhaar Card and the candidates with nationality as foreign, OCI's, PIO's and NRI's cannon make changes in this category)

State Code of Eligibility
All candidates can make corrections in their state code of eligibility. The candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir can change the status of self-declaration submitted by them.
The candidates belonging to the state of Assam Meghalaya and Jammu and Kashmir will be able to change their state code of eligibility to a state other than these three states only if they have obtained their Aadhar Number or Aadhar Enrollment Number as the exemption from Aadhar is available to the candidates of Assam, Meghalaya and Jammu Kashmir.

Category / Disability Status
All the candidates can change a category and disability status entered at the time of the application submission. An important point to be noted here is that In case the candidates switch from a category having a lower application fee to a higher application fee or changes Disability Status, He/she had to pay the balance application fee. 

Medium of Exam
All the candidates can correct the medium of the exam, However, If the medium is changed to the regional language, the candidates will also have to change the exam city for the same.

Qualifying Examination Code / %age of marks obtained in class 12
All the candidates can correct their qualifying examination code and percentage of marks obtained in class 12.

Father's Name / Mother's Name
All the candidates can correct their Mother's and Father's name or interchange them on or before the last date.
