JEECUP Application Form 2018 - Registration Started!

JEECUP Application Form 2018 is now available for the candidates and can be filled through online mode only. The candidates who are willing to seek admission in Diploma in Engineering/ Management in state Polytechnic Institutions are required to fill the form. The application form can be filled until the last week of February 2018. The exam will be conducted on 22 April 2018. JEECUP is the UP Polytechnic Entrance Exam for admission into Diploma in Engineering / Management in state polytechnics. Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh is the official conducting body of JEECUP.

The application process for the JEECUP 2018 has started and the eligible candidates can now fill the application form in online mode. The details filled by the candidates in the application form must be same as registered in Class 10/ Equivalent Qualifying Examination and in Aadhaar Card. There are two separate links given below for Group A and for Group B to K. The explanation of the Group is given towards the end of this page.

Steps to fill JEECUP Application Form 2018

• STEP 1: In order to register for JEECUP, the candidates are required to follow the link given on this page. To register, the candidates have to provide the details such as - 
  • Name of the Candidates
  • Father's/ Mother's Name
  • Date of Birth etc.
• STEP 2: After the successful registration the applicants will have to log in to the application portal for filling the application form with all the required details like academic details and the educational details.
• STEP 3: Upload photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression: The candidate must upload their scanned coloured photograph.
  • The candidate must also upload their scanned signature and left-hand thumb impression (right hand's thumb in case the candidate do not have the left-hand thumb or any finger if both thumbs are not there). The dimensions to upload are given below:

Payment of JEECUP 2018 Application Fees

The payment of the JEECUP Application Fee can be done either through online or offline mode. Both the modes are described below

• Online Mode: The candidates making the payment through online mode need to pay their application fee by Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
• Offline Mode: Another mode to pay the application fee for JEECUP is an offline mode in which the candidates are required to make the payment through E - Challan in any of the branch of State Bank of India.

JEECUP Application Fee 

The application fee for the JEECUP 2018 is different for the General & OBC and for SC/ST category. The candidates are suggested to make the payment of the application fee as per their category. The fee amount to be paid for each category is given in the table below.

Submission of JEECUP Application Form 2018

JEECUP 2018 Application Form must only be submitted online. The candidates are not required to send any document to the JEE Main Secretariat. After the final submission of the form, the candidates are suggested to keep at least two printouts of the application form with them for future reference. It is the prior responsibility of the candidates to check the details filled by them are correct in all aspects. 

After submission of the application form, the candidates would be given a chance to edit some of the details in the application form. For that, the notification would be released by the Uttar Pradesh Government
