HSEE Application Form 2018 can only be filled online from 14 December 2017 which is supposed to be filled until 24 January 2018. The candidates can fill HSEE Application 2018 in online mode only. Steps to Fill the HSEE Application Form 2018

The steps to fill the HSEE Application Form is given below. The candidates are suggested to go through the steps provided below so that the candidates can escape the mistakes while filling the form.

STEP 1: Registration: The candidates first need to register themselves by following the link given above.

STEP 2: Fill the Application Form: The candidates after registering themselves have to fill the HSEE Application Form in which they have to provide their details and other relevant details.

STEP 3: Upload Documents: The candidates have to now upload Scanned Photograph, Signatures and Supporting Documents which should be fulfilling the criteria givcen in the table below.

The candidates also have to upload 10th Certificate/10+2 certificate (if available)/Date of Birth Certificate/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD category certificate (if applicable) while filling the HSEE Application Form.

STEP 4: Payment of Fee: The candidates after filling up the application form and the uploading of the documents have to make the payment of the application fees.

STEP 5: Submission of the Form: After making the payment of the application form, the candidates have to submit their application form.

Payment of HSEE Application Fees

• The fees can be paid through the Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Indian Bank Challan generated online during the application registration process. 
• Through Indian Bank Challan: Candidate can pay the Application Fee at any branch of the Indian Bank.
• Through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card: Candidate has to select the option to pay the application fee. After successful payment, the candidate will be able to print the acknowledgement page.

Documents to be submitted with the HSEE 2018 application form

• Scanned photograph and signature of the candidate and the Parent/ Guardian.
• Scanned copy of Class 10 Public Examination certificate for Name and proof of date of birth.
• Scanned copy of Class 12 mark sheet (if already passed 10+2 examination).
• Scanned copy of category certificate (SC/ST/OBC (NCL). OBC (NCL) certificate (If applicable).
• Scanned copy of PwD certificate (if applicable). 

Submission of HSEE 2018 Application Form

Candidates have to submit the application form ONLINE only, along with the scanned photograph, signature, copies of relevant certificates and payment details of examination fee either through offline mode or online modes on or before the due date that isJ24 january 2018. For all submitted application including fee, the receipt of application online will be reflected on the HSEE website. The candidates have not to send a hard copy of filled application form.

HSEE Exam Centres to be Selected while filling Application Form

A candidate has to give two choices for exam centre. Request from a candidate for a change of city/town allotted to him/her will NOT be entertained under any circumstances. HSEE 2018 will be conducted in following cities:
