Steps to fill the IISWBM MBA Application Form
- STEP 1: Visit the official website of IISWBM or follow the link given above to fill the online application form.
- STEP 2: Fill the application with Qualification details, Personal details, Contact Information etc.
- The candidate has to give his/her CAT Registration Number, Rank and CAT Center Code.
- STEP 3: Pay the application fee through Debit card/ Credit card or Net Banking.
Payment of IISWBM Application Fee
Payment of the IISWBM Application Form can be made through "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan or OnlineBanking(Debit/Credit/NetBanking). The method for online, as well as offline payment, is given below.
For Online Payment: The candidates who have selected Online application mode will make the payment through Debit/Credit card or NetBanking.
- During the application process, Application Number will be generated, candidates are required to note down the number for the further reference.
- Print Application Certificate and Receipt (Available only for successful payment).
- Send the Application certificate along with the receipt to the address given below.
For Offline Payment: The candidates who have decided to download the application form have to Make a payment to the Bank through "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan.
- Download the "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan from the Institute website.
- Fill up the information through Online Entry Form and put Journal Number and Deposit Date received from Bank in the payment section.
- During the application process, Application Number will be generated, candidates are required to note down the number for the further reference.
- Print Application Certificate and Send the Application certificate along with "SBI POWER JYOTI" challan's "Institute copy" to the address given below.
Submission of IISWBM Application Form
The candidates who have paid the application fee online need not send the application form or any other document to the Institute. Only those who have paid the application fee through 'SBI Power Jyoti' must submit send the duly filled DL application form along with the IISWBM’S copy of Power Jyoti A/C No. 32495656710 Challan to the following address. CAndidates must note that no application will be entertained if the form reaches the Institute after December 15, 2016.
