UGC NET Exam 2018

The UGC NET Exam is for Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges. The NET exam is conducted by the Central Board of School Examination (CBSE) twice in a year in the month of June to July and December to January. UGC NET exam will be held on 8 July 2018.

The UGC NET admit card is available on the official website of CBSE, the candidates can download the admit card from this page. To download the UGC NET Admit Card the candidates have to log in by clicking on the link below, using their Application Number and Password which was selected by the candidate during filling the application form.

After logging in, the candidate can see their UGC NET hall ticket on the screen and have to download first and then the candidates will be able to take a print out their admit card for entry in the examination hall. The candidates are advised to check all the information provided in admit card. The UGC NET Admit Card will contain the following details:

The Candidate’s Name
The Candidate’s Roll Number
Subject of the Candidate
Application Number
Subject Code
Examination Centre and Centre Code
Examination Date and Time
Instruction related to the examination etc.

Documents to Carry to the UGC NET Examination Hall

The candidates are required to bring any of the photo identity cards from the list given below on the day of examination along with their printout of UGC NET Admit Card. The candidates are not allowed to appear in the exam if UGC NET Admit Card is not issued by the examination conducting body CBSE.
