Steps to fill the Application Form

STEP 1: Registration: Candidates have to fill the registration form before filling the application form. Candidates have to fill their general details such as Name, Email ID, Mob Number, and password for login.

STEP 2: Login: After successful registration, candidates will receive the Login Id & password on their registered email address. Candidates have to log in using the credential provided in the email.

STEP 3: Application Form: After successful login, candidates will be able to fill the application form. Candidates should read the instructions before filling the application form.

STEP 4: Choose Program: Candidates are required to choose their preferred course for which they are applying for.

STEP 5: General Details & Upload: Candidates have to fill their general details such as Name, Gender, Nationality, Contact Number, Address, etc. Candidates also have to upload their passport size photograph in the given section. The size of the photograph should be under 1MB.

STEP 6: Parent's Detail: Candidates have to fill the details of their parents such as Name, Relation, Contact Number, Occupation, etc.

STEP 7: Academic Qualification: Candidates are required to fill their academic details such as Qualification, Obtained Marks, Year of Passing, Name of Board/University etc. in this section.

STEP 8: Extra-curricular Activities & Other: Candidates can attach the extra-curricular activities file in this section if any.

Submission of Application Form

The candidates can submit the Application form in Online and offline modes, they are advised to check the details of Application form before submission. After paying the BML Munjal University Application Fee successful applicants have to submit the application form via any of the methods given below:

Online Mode: Applicants can submit the BML Munjal University BTech Application form online if they have filled the online application form, Applicants are advised to take the printout of the final confirmation page for the future references. However, applicants can pay the application fee in offline mode via demand draft as well.

Offline Mode: Candidates are required to courier completed application form in case of offline application form along with relevant enclosures and application fee (cash receipt/demand draft payable at New Delhi) to the address

 The candidates need to enclose all the certificates in Original along with 1-Set of Photocopy (self-attested), the list of the documents need to along with application form are given below:

• 8 Coloured passport size photographs
• Seat Allotment Letter
• Photocopy of Receipt/Deposit of First Semester Fee and Hostel & Mess Fee
• JEE/Other Entrance Rank Card (As applicable)
• Original Migration Certificates (Affidavit on Rs 10 stamp paper in case the migration certificates is not available at the time of registration)
• 10^th/12^th /Graduation/Diploma Mark sheet or Grade Card
• Medical Certificate (As per the prescribed format)
• Anti-Ragging Undertaking from Student and Parent (As per the prescribed format)
• Scholarship Undertaking (if Applicable)
• Original Character certificate
• Photocopy of Aadhaar Card
• Undertaking by Student ((As per the prescribed format – to be countersigned by parents also)
• Indemnity Bond (As per the prescribed format)
