UP CPAT Admit Card 2017 is available to download from 29 September 2017. The candidates who have filled the application form and successfully submitted can download the admit card. To download the UP CPAT Admit Card, the candidates need to enter the Registration Number and password in the given window.
UP CPAT Admit Card will consist of the Candidate’s Roll Number, Name, Father’s Name, Category, Sub-Category, Photograph, Signature, Date of Birth, the Language of Question Paper with Name and Address of Examination Centre Allotted.
In case of any error in UP CPAT Admit Card
The errors and problems are not something common with the hall ticket. However, if any candidate comes across any of the issues like a misspelt name, exam centre not specified or the choice of the subjects not clearly mentioned, they can report to the authorities immediately.
Important Points regarding UP CPAT Admit Card 2017
The candidates must follow the instructions given in the UP CPAT BHMS/BAMS Admit Card as follows:
- The candidate should carefully examine the Admit Card downloaded by him/her for all the entries.
- Candidates must not damage the Admit Card or change any entry made therein.
- Candidates are advised to preserve the UP CPAT Admit Card properly in a good condition till the admission process gets over.
- The candidate must show their Admit Card for admission on demand in the Examination Hall.
- A candidate who does not possess the valid admit card shall not be admitted to the Examination Hall under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.

UP CPAT Test will be conducted in Agra, Bareilly, Gorakhpur and Lucknow. The centre will be allotted as per choices filled by the candidates while filling the application form.
