WBJEE EVETS Application Form 2018 can be filled online from the 20 February 2018 and the candidates willing to appear in the WBJEE EVETS test need to fill the application form on or before 14 March 2018. WBJEE EVETS conducted by WBJEE Board is for B.V.Sc. & A.H. admission in the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Science under the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences. WBJEE EVETS is the domicile based exam. Only the candidates who are the Resident of West Bengal are eligible for the exam.

WBJEE EVETS Application Form 2018 can be filled online from 20 February 2018 on the official website of WBJEE Board until 14 March 2018. The candidates are required to fill the application form online only. No other mode for application form is available anywhere. The candidate can follow these four simple steps to fill WBJEE EVETS Application form.

Steps to Fill the WBJEE EVETS Application Form

The instructions to fill the application form for WBJEE EVETS are given and described below. The candidates are suggested to follow the step given below to ignore the mistakes while filling the application form.

Registration for WBJEE EVETS 

• To register themselves for WBJEE EVETS, the candidates need to click on the “New Candidate registration” and have to fill the registration form with necessary details such as Mobile Number, Name, DOB etc. 

• After that, the candidates need to click on submit button.  After submitting, the registration form candidates will get the Registration Number on their phone number.
• Note down the registration number and password safe for future references and re-login to fill the application form

Filling up the WBJEE EVETS Application form

• Login to the application form using your Registration number, DOB, and password. Here the candidate will have to fill Personal, Educational details. 
• Fill your personal details, save the details by clicking save button and move to the next column. Similarly, fill all your details correctly and save the information of each page.
• Candidates can edit the previously filled information for some of the particular sections which will be updated by the authority later on.

Upload Images (Photographs and Documents) for WBJEE EVETS

• The candidate has to upload his/her photograph and prescribed documents in jpg or jpeg format. The candidate will have to upload the scanned copy of the following:
  • Passport size photograph (10 kb to 100kb)
  • Signature and Left-Hand Thumb Impression (10 kb to 100kb)
  • Cast Certificate, Domicile Certificate, and PWD Certificate (30kb to 300kb)
  • Marksheet/admit card of Class 10 as an Age Proof (30kb to 300kb)
• Please note that the photograph uploaded must be coloured with very light coloured background and preferably taken after 1 March 2018.

Pay WBJEE EVETS Application Fee and download the confirmation page for 

Candidates can make payment for the application form through two modes. The candidates need to make the payment only once and they also have to take the printout of the confirmation page.

• Through Debit/Credit Card: The candidate has to select Debit / Credit Card/Net Banking option to pay the fee of Rs. 500 +   service Charges and follow the instruction to complete the payment process.

• By Allahabad Bank Challan: ‘e-challan’ will be generated containing specific details of the candidate along with amount Rs. 500 + bank’s service charges to be paid.  The candidate has to take a printout of the same and log out. He/she has to take it to any branch of Allahabad Bank for making payment.

The “Confirmation Page” will be generated after successful updating of payment. The candidate can take a print of the confirmation page and log out. Alternately he can save a PDF copy and log out and take the print later. 

Documents to be Enclosed with WBJEE EVETS Application Form 

Following is the list of documents to be enclosed with the application form. The candidates must note that all the enclosed documents must not be less than 30kb and more than 300 kb.

• Age proof (Admit Card/Mark Sheet 10th)
• Domicile certificate
• Caste certificate
• PWD Certificate
• The pro forma as applicable to the candidate which is duly authenticated/signed by a Competent Authority. Upload a scanned copy of the filled-in proforma.

Procedure for submission of Domicile Certificate

The prescribed Proforma is available on the application portal of WBJEE EVETS.

• The proforma as applicable to the candidate has to be downloaded and two copies are to be printed on A4 size white paper.
• Get both copies of the Certificate filled in properly and duly authenticated/ signed by the Competent Authority.
• Upload a scanned copy of the filled in and authenticated domicile certificate in document uploading stage of online application. The duplicate copy of the certificate is to be retained with the office of the issuing authority for future reference/verification.
• The candidates have to provide Full Name, Designation, Place of Posting with Address, Landline/Mobile Number, Identity Card Number (if available) of the official certifying the Domicile Status of the candidate or his/her Parents.
• The certification from any other authority other than authorised government official will not be accepted.

Submission of Application Form 

Submission of the registration form is to be done online before the due date and all the scanned copies must be uploaded in the prescribed format. Submission of application form is an online process and no other modes of submission will be entertained. After the successful submission of the application form, the candidates are also advised to keep at least two printouts of the application form with them for future reference

Candidates are advised to check the details of the application form and then make the final submission as the candidates need to know that once the application gets submitted, the candidates will not be able to change the details of the application form. However, for some of the sections, the candidates will be able to make changes.

Editing of Application form: Candidates can edit the documents as many times they want but after the submission of application form candidates cannot change the information provided in any circumstance.

WBJEE EVETS Test Centre

The Examination will be held simultaneously at the following zones, provided there are sufficient candidates in each zone. If sufficient applicants are not available for a particular zone, the nearby zone will be allotted to them.

There are total 12 test centres which are given along with the codes in the table below. If the sufficient applicants are not available for a particular centre mentioned above, then nearby centre will be allotted to the candidates.
