CG PET 2018 Application form has started from 15 March 2018 to fill through an online mode. CG PET is an entrance examination conducted for admission in Engineering and B.Tech Biotechnology can be filled online by following the link given towards the end of this page. CG PET 2018 Application form can be submitted by the candidates until 5 April 2018. The Application fee can be paid in the online mode or through SBI Bank Challan.The Application form is released by CG Vyapam. This is a common application form for admission into the following colleges.

Steps to Fill CG PET Application Form 2018

Candidates can follow the instructions to complete the online application process. The information is based on previous year data, if there are any changes, it would be updated. 

Instructions to Fill the CG PET 2018 Application Form

• Citizenship: Candidates must fill their citizenship whether they are Citizen of India or not.
• Choosing Exam: Candidates needs to choose the exam applied for, they can opt for one or more option which is as follows:
  • Chhattisgarh Technical Engg.Colleges
  • Chhattisgarh Agricultural Engg. Colleges
  • Chhattisgarh Dairy Technology Engg. Colleges
• Basic Information: Candidates must fill in their basic information such as name, Date of birth, Parents name, gender, religion, height, weight, PH category, BPL category or J& K Migrant or Krishak family (if they belong to)
• Contact Information: Candidates must write their contact information such as mobile number, address, email id etc.
• Exam Center: Candidates must select one exam centre given on this page.
• Upload Photo, Thumb Impression & Signature: The candidates must upload their Signature, Thumb Impression and Photograph which should be between 40 kb to 50 kb
• Submit: Candidates must carefully fill in all the information given in the application form and tick the agree on the button before submission.

The candidates want to appear in the CG PET entrance examination can submit the application form only through online mode only.  The candidates are not required to send the printout of the application form. However, it is to be noted that candidates must take the print out of the application form because it is important to show it on the day of the Examination.

How to make the payment

The candidates can pay the application fees by any of the two modes given below.

• Online Gateway: Candidates can pay their application fee through credit card/debit card/net banking.
• SBI Bank challan: Candidates need to obtain the challan form and make the payment through SBI bank.

CG PET 2018 Exam Centers

Given below are the test centres where the Chattisgarh PET Exam will be conducted tentatively in May 2nd week 2018. Candidates have to enter the code of the test centre at the time of filling up of the application form.
