Preparation of Assam CEE Merit List

The merit list of Assam CEE 2018 is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. However, in case the marks of two of more candidates will be equal, the inter-se merit procedure will be followed.

Assam CEE Merit List -Tie-breaking method

1. Firstly, the aggregate marks in PCM of class 12 will be considered.
2. If the tie still exists, the marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English will be taken into consideration. The higher marks will lead to better rank in the merit list.
3. At last, the Chairman of Selection Committee will select the candidates on different terms.

Issuance of Assam CEE OMR Sheet

The university will provide the photocopy of OMR sheet to the candidates who have appeared in the entrance exam. The procedure to get the photocopy of OMR sheet is provided below.

• The application form with the roll number, name and address of candidates must be filled. 
• In order to get the OMR sheet, candidates must pay the prescribed fee of Rs. 300 on before 31 May 2018.
• The requisite fee must be paid through bank draft drawn in favour of 'Assam Science and Technology and University' payable at SBI, AEC branch, Jalukbari, Guwahati-13.
• The roll number and name should be mentioned on the bask side of the bank draft. The application form and bank draft must be sent by speed post or by hand at the Assam Science and Technological University, Tetelia Road, Jaluknari, Guwahati-781013, Assam.

Assam CEE Counselling After Result - List of Documents

Candidates who qualify the Assam CEE will be called for counselling and allotment of seats. Here is a list of documents that candidate need to furnish at the time of Assam CEE Counselling:

• 4 copies of the recent passportasize photograph.
• Assam CEE Admit Card
• 10th Admit/Pass Certificate as an Age Proof issued by Board/Council. 
• 10th Mark sheet.
• Admit Card and Mark Sheet of 12th. 
• Academic Gap Certificate (if applicable). 
• Character Certificate from the last attended Institution. 
• Form B (given with Application Form).
• Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC). (to be issued by D.C./S.D.O.(Civil) of concerning District/SubaDivision). 
• The Caste/Category Certificate as mentioned in the Information Booklet (if Applicable)
