Application from TBJEE Office

Apart from the official website, the Application Form and Prospectus of TBJEE is available at the counter of the office of the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE). The Application forms will only be available on all working days (Except Saturdays and Sundays) between 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM on a payment of Rs.100 only in cash.  Although on the last day i.e. 31 January the form will be available up to 5:00 PM only. TBJEE office address is given below

TBJEE Form from Designated Centres

The various centres to obtain TBJEE Application form and prospectus are as follows:

Application Form by Postal Request

The TBJEE Application form and prospectus can also be obtained from the office of the TBJEE with the help of a postal request. Candidates must send a postal order by sending a demand draft of Rs 100 payable at "Agartala Head Post Office'. 

All postal requests must be accompanied with a self – addressed envelope of 30 cm x 13 cm size and a postage stamp of Rs 5 affixed to it.

Payment of TBJEE Application Fee

The candidates must fill in the application form and should make a payment of Rs. 100 only in the form of cash and deposit the respective examination fees through e-challan along with other charges, if required, at any branch of State Bank of India and submit the e-challan during the time of submission of the Application form along with other important enclosures.

Candidates have to deposit bank commission/ other charges along with examination fees. But in that case, if the examination fees are deposited at the Melarmath SBI branch, Agartala, there is no need of paying extra commission/ service charges, etc. by the candidates.

Submission of Application Form

• Submission of Application at TBJEE Office Counter - Candidates are advised to check all the details of the duly filled application form before the final submission because if the information of any of the candidate found incorrect, then the Tripura Board has the right to reject the application form. Application form can be submitted at the given address from  2 January 2018 on all working dates at office hours (11.30 A.M. to 3.30 P.M.). However, if the candidate is submitting the application form on the last date then the timings will be 11.30 AM to 5.00 PM
• Submission of Application by Post - The TBJEE application form with all necessary enclosures must reach the office address of Tripura Board on or before 7 February 2018, and the application form must be posted on or before 31 January 2018 to the following address

TBJEE 2018 Exam Fee

The Application fee is Rs 100 which can be paid only by cash and the examination fees for different categories of candidates are as shown in the table below and it has to be paid by bank challan.

Guidelines for filling TBJEE Application form

• The TBJEE Application Form must contain the choice of the Examination Centre of the candidates.The final allotment of the centres of the candidate is made by the discretion of the Board.
• Candidates should be careful in filling his/her date of birth that is exactly mentioned in the Birth Certificate or Class 10 Admit Card.
• Incomplete information by the candidates in the Application form may lead to rejection of the application form.
• There is no refund of the enrollment fees whether or not the candidates appear at the Examination or if the application is rejected.

The candidates must read the most important requirements as well as the Eligibility criteria to fill in the TBJEE Application Forms without any errors. They must go through each and every information required to fill the seats and apply accordingly. If the candidates are otherwise found not eligible for the admission, then his/her candidature gets automatically cancelled even after appearing for the Examination and securing a position in the merit list.
