How will the marks of DU JAT be calculated?
The candidates appearing in the DU JAT, the scores of such candidates will be subjected to a normalisation process called EquiPercentile Equating (which is a widely adopted & internationally accepted method of score normalization in multi-batch examinations). Merit ranking of candidates will be done based on normalized marks.
How to check the DU JAT Result?
To check DU JAT Result for BMS / BFIA / Business Economics Result candidates have to fill in the login credentials in the given below window:
- For BMS and BBA(FIA): Candidates will be selected and offered admission based on Joint Admission Test and performance in class 12.
- For B.A. (Hons.) Business Economics: Candidates will be selected and offered admission based on performance in the entrance test, and in class 12.
Documents Required At The Time Of Admission To BMS/ BBA (FIA) 2019
- DU JAT Admit Card 2019
- Class 12 Mark Sheet/ Provisional Certificate issued by the Board/ University. (original and one self- attested photocopy)
- OBC (non-creamy layer- Central list) certificate (in the name of the candidate).
- The candidate should also carry income certificate of the parents for the year 2016-17 (original and one self-attested photocopy).
- SC/ST/PWD/CW certificate (in the name of the candidate) whichever is applicable, based on which reservation is claimed (original and one self-attested photocopy).

From this year, 2019, Delhi University has decided to do away with the GD and Interview. The weightage of the Entrance examination and Class 12 marks is as follows:

DU JAT Counselling 2019
In the first counselling round, candidates will be allocated seats in the following colleges:
1. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College and Keshav Mahavidyalaya – Bachelor of Management Studies - BMS.
2. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies – Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis) – BBA (FIA).
- Candidates will be offered admission to the colleges based on their overall rank in the respective category; their preference exercised at the time of counselling and the availability of seat in the college concerned.
- The physical presence of the candidate on the specified day and time of counselling is mandatory. If in case the candidate is unable to attend the counselling, they can send an authorised representative to participate in the counselling process.
- Candidates who will be offered admission have to deposit the fees (as applicable) and fulfil the admission formalities within the stipulated time.
- At the time of admission to the College, the candidate will have to give an undertaking that they have not taken admission to any other course/ college at the University of Delhi.
- DU JAT Counselling 2017 will be conducted at University of Delhi South Campus (UDSC).
