NITTE University MBBS & BDS Counselling 2016

NITTE University Counselling 2016 for MBBS and BDS for the shortlisted candidates will be conducted on September 1, 2016, for MBBS and September 2, 2016, for BDS. The counseling or Seat allocation for MBBS will be conducted for admission to 115 seats in K.S. Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA), Deralakatte, Mangalore and the counseling or Seat allocation for BDS will be conducted for admission to 85 seats in A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences (ABSMIDS), Deralakatte, Mangalore. This year the admission to MBBS and BDS courses to the above two colleges will be based on NEET Scores.

The venue for counseling: NITTE Institute of Banking And Finance, Paneer campus, Derlakatte Beeri Road, Derlakatte, Mangalore.

As soon as the candidate arrives at the venue they are required to register their names and proceed for verification of documents. Counseling in the order of Merit (Rank No.) will begin at 10.00 am.

Candidates opting for seats will have to seek admission on the same day and report at the College, KSHEMA and ABSMIDS immediately.

Step by Step NITTE University 2016 Counselling Procedure

• Step 1: Arrive at Nitte Institute of Banking And Finance, Paneer campus, Derlakatte Beeri Road, Derlakatte, Mangalore.
• Step 2: Proceed to the Auditorium
• Step 3: Go to the Registration counter and register yourself
• Step 4: Assemble in the Auditorium
• Step 5: Document Verification
• Step 6: Collect the ‘Document verified slip’ and proceed to the waiting area (Lecture Hall), watch the display for the availability of seats.
• Step 7: Attend the Counselling.
• Keep your Document verified slip’ and D.D to be shown to the Admission Committee ready
• Step 8: Complete your biometric verification and present yourself before the Admission Committee
• Step 9: If you opt for a seat, collect the ‘Provisional Admission Order(PAO) from the Admission Committee and then go to the ‘Document Collection’ counter and submit your originals + 3 sets of photocopies
• Step 10: Go to the ‘Fee Payment’ counter and pay the requisite fee vide draft.
• Step 11; Complete the admission procedure at ‘Admission’ counter by collecting, filling and submitting the College Application Form
• Step 12: Leave the counselling venue

Documents to be produced

Candidates have to present Original + 3 sets of photocopies of Sl. No. 2 to 6 if opting for a seat

• NUUGET 2016 Hall Ticket  
• SSLC or equivalent or Class 10 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
• PUC/Class 12 Marks cards (original or Downloaded from NET attested by Principal)
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Migration certificate (for candidates other than Karnataka PU board)
• Medical Fitness Certificate- From certified Govt. Medical Practitioner
• 5 passport size + 5 stamp size colour photographs.
