RAJUVAS RPVT Counselling 2018 - Offline Counselling, Seat Matrix, Fee Structure

RAJUVAS Counselling 2018 registration has started from 16 August. RPVT counselling notification was released on 13 August 2018. The candidates have to fill online form for RPVT counselling registration. The candidates can register for the RPVT Counselling by following the link given towards the end of this page. The eligible candidates would be called for counselling for final admission as per rank and RPVT Merit List of the category, they have applied. There will not be any separate admission and a waiting list. The physical presence of the candidate during the RAJUVAS Counselling is mandatory, and no individual call letters will be sent to the candidates to attend the counselling. The RPVT Counselling would be done for admission in B.VSc & AH courses in the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS). RPVT Counselling Dates 2018 Announced

 Candidates can go through the RPVT Counselling dates that have been released on 14 August 2018. The notification was published on 13 August 2018

 
Note - For Fifth and subsequent seat allotment and counselling rounds (if held as per requirement) the details will be notified on the website in due course of time. Candidates are required to keep a watch on the website regularly after the second round of counselling.

Steps for RPVT counselling

• Registration: The candidates have to register themselves for the RPVT Counselling by following the link given on this page below.
• Choice Filling: The candidates after registration have to fill their choice of course as per their preferences.
• Fee Payment: After the choice filling, the candidates have to make the payment of the RPVT counselling fee
• Document Verification: Further candidates need to go through the document verification process, where the original documents of the candidates will be retained in the college and will be returned after completion of course
• Seat Allotment: Once the document verifications get done, the candidates will be allotted seats as per the preference made by the candidates.

RAJUVAS Counselling Registration Fees

If in case the candidate does not participate in the online counselling as per the schedule notified, it shall be presumed that they are not interested in seeking admission in this course and thus their admission will remain cancelled. The RAJUVAS Counselling Fee is Rs 500 (Bank Charges Rs 50 extra). The counselling fee has to be deposited in any of the ICICI Bank Branch in Rajasthan with the help of the Bank Challan.

RAJUVAS Counselling 2018 - Documents Required For Verification

The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of counselling. The original documents of the admitted candidates will be retained in the college and returned only after the completion of course.

• Four identical colour photographs with name and date of taking the photograph. The photograph should be same as uploaded for the online application form.
• RAJUVAS 2018 Registration details
• RAJUVAS 2018 Mark sheet.
• RPVT Admit Card 2018
• Copy of Online Registration form for Rajasthan State Counselling submitted on university website www.rajuvas.org for admission under state quota seats.
• RPVT Entrance Examination Result sheet.
• Class 12 Mark sheet & Certificate of Senior Secondary or equivalent recognised Examination.
• Class 10 + 1 Mark sheet and Certificate of Secondary or equivalent recognised Examination.
• Character Certificate issued by the school/college last attended.
• Caste Certificate issued by a competent authority
• Domicile Certificate of Rajasthan State
• Income Certificate of their Parents employed in Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Body
• The candidate claiming admission under physically handicapped category must bring compulsorily the certificate showing their physical disability bearing their photograph on it, issued only by a statutory Medical Board.
• Transfer certificate from the last attended School/college
• University copy of Bank challan (if the fee has been paid by Bank challan)
• If the candidate fails to submit the amount, the seat offered to them will be forfeited and cancelled automatically.

Medical Examination: All the candidates provisionally admitted to B.V.Sc & A.H course will have to submit Physical Fitness Certificate from Medical Jurist of Govt. Hospital/Medical College. The candidate's admission will be cancelled who are found unsuitable in physical fitness.

RAJUVAS RPVT Counselling Result 2018 - Round 4

The RPVT counselling result has been released and the same can be found at the link given below. The candidates are required to log in using their Email and password. The candidates are required to come along with all the related documents in person at the counselling venue i.e.  Auditorium of College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Bikaner. Candidates can download their counselling call letter and check the counselling allotment result from the link given below. RAJUVAS Fee for BVSc & AH courses

The annual fee structure is divided among the candidates as per the regular and management seats. The annual fee structure is for the B.V.Sc. & A.H. courses in the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. The division of the fees as per the seats and the categories are given in the table below.

For the management seat admission, the candidates have to make the payment of the admission fee of Rs 25,000 at the time of counselling and the rest of the fees which is Rs, 1,75,000 would be paid by the candidates at the time of admission.

RAJUVAS Offline Counselling 2018 - Instructions

The offline counselling is expected to start tentatively in last week of September 2018, the candidates will be called as per the schedule. The candidates must reach the counselling venue University's Auditorium at the time. The seats vacant in each of the colleges are as follows.

The candidates are required to be present physically for the counselling procedure, the candidates who have already allotted the seats in the previous online counselling’s and have successfully completed the admission related formalities can participate in the Offline Round of Counselling as per the schedule. The candidates who are not allotted any of the seats in the previous years of counselling are required to attend the Offline counselling with all of their documents listed below and Demand Draft as per the table is given below.
