UP NEET 2018 Application Form - On 20 June, the Directorate of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh (UP) had released the UP NEET 2018 counselling application form. Medical aspirants who have appeared for NEET UG and qualified for the 85% state quota can start with the UP NEET registration. Candidates are required to fill the UP NEET application form online and a link to access the form is available online on this page. The last date for UP NEET online registration is 24 June 2018. UP NEET 2018 registration process includes filling up of form, payment of the fee, and uploading of scanned images. From 26 to 30 June, candidates who have registered for UP NEET counselling 2018 are required to visit the designated centres for verification of documents and other admission processes. On the basis of candidate’s NEET scores, admission will be granted to the MBBS and BDS programme of the various medical colleges. UP NEET Registration 2018 - Apply Online

Candidates can fill the UP NEET Application form Online through Internet from any place of convenience. The applicants have to submit all the details as per their eligibility while filling the application form Online.

Registration: For UP NEET registration candidate will use his/her NEET-UG Roll No or Registration Number, Application Number and then enter the CAPTCHA code
Display of NEET Details: After that the candidates, All India registration details will be displayed on the screen. This will come automatically and will not be entered by the candidates.
Payment of Fee: The candidate will make an online payment of Rs. 2,000 towards registration fees. (via debit/credit/internet banking only)
Candidate will be able to generate his/her password, which will ease further login and SMS will be sent to his/her registered mobile number (that was used for All India NEET-UG registration) confirming successful online registration. Please keep the mobile active as it will also be used for OTP for choice filling.

Only those candidates making successful online payment of Rs.2000 shall be considered for inclusion in state merit list. After successful payment, the candidate will get Transaction number and registration number and will be able to take the printout of the same. Registration no. And Transaction no. will be used later for Choice filling

Once the online application form is filled make sure to review all the entries filled by clicking before submission. Candidates need not send any hard copy of Confirmation Page or any other document to the Controller of Examination Office. However, candidates are advised to keep a printout of application form and declaration form for future reference.
