IMU CET 2018 Application Form can be filled online only. The link to fill the IMU CET Application Form 2018 is available on our page from 6 April 2018. IMU CET will be conducted in the Computer-based mode for admission into IMU CET Colleges. The candidates have to fill the IMU CET 2018 Online Application Form on or before 11 May 2018. IMU application form for lateral entry courses will be opened later by the university so this is not the IMU CET application form for B.Tech 2nd year at IMU Campus.

IMU CET 2018 Application Form - Steps to Fill Online Form
The candidates can apply for IMU CET 2018 online only. There will not be any offline process of filling the IMU CET 2018 Application Form. To apply, the candidate must visit the official website of Indian Maritime University by following the given link. The candidates need to know that the last date to apply for the courses offered through IMU CET and BBA will be different. Candidates can fill the Online IMU CET Application Form 2018 by 11 May 2018 except BBA.
STEP 1: The candidates first need to register on the official website of IMU in which they have to fill the required details. The candidates will get the application number after successfully completing the basic registration process.
STEP 2: After the basic registration, candidates need to log in using their application number and the date of birth. After login, the candidates are required to furnish details regarding personal information, the address of correspondence, contact details
STEP 3: Upload the Scanned copy of photographs, Signature, Class10 & 12 Mark sheet as proof of Date of Birth and SC/ ST certificate (If Applicable). Candidates have to upload their recent coloured passport size photograph for which the specifications are given below.

- Size: less than or equal to 60 KB.

- Specifications for uploading scanned signature
- Size: less than or equal to 30 KB.

STEP 4: After uploading required documents, the candidates have to pay the registration fees through online mode by Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card. The registration fee should be payable only once.
STEP 5: Download and Print the filled-in application (in standard formats) for future reference. Once the candidates will submit the duly filled Application Form online, they will receive a system-generated application number on their e-mail and mobile.

IMU CET 2018 Online Application Form Submission
The IMU CET 2018 Application Form has to be submitted Online. The candidates are advised to check the details of the application form and then make the final submission as the candidates need to know that once the application gets submitted, the candidates will not be able to change the details of the application form.
After the successful submission of the application form, the candidates are also advised to keep at least two printouts of the application form with them for future reference. Candidate need not submit any hard copy of the application or challan to IMU.

Candidates who want to take admission in the BBA (Logistics, Retailing and E-Commerce) Programme also need to register through the link given on this page above. As mentioned before, there will be NO CET for admissions to this programme.
Question - What will happen if Class 12 Marksheet is not uploaded
The candidates applying for this programme must update their status and enter their Class 12 Exam marks and upload a scanned copy of Class 12 Exam Mark Sheet.Online Registration Form for which Class 12 Exam marks have not been entered and scanned copy of Class 12 Mark Sheet has not been uploaded will not be considered for admissions.
Question: What if Your Class 12 Result is Awaited?
These result awaited candidates are advised to register online first, choosing the ‘Awaiting Results’ option, and update their Class 12 Exam marks and upload their Scanned copy of Class 12 Exam Mark Sheet, later using the ‘Edit’ option. This ‘Edit’ option will be available from 15 May 2018 to Wednesday,
20 June 2018 till 5.30 pm.

Courses for which CET is not required but then students need to register
BBA (Newly Introduced) - The Indian Maritime University has introduced a new course i.e BBA (Logistics, Retailing, and E-Commerce) from the academic year 2018-19 and there will be no CET for the admission in this programme.
- The candidates applying for the BBA programme also need to register for admission when the application starts.
- MSc in Commercial Shipping and Logistics - (Newly Introduced, the candidates who belong to Non-Seafarer has to appear in IMU CET 2018. However, there is no CET for Seafarers.
IMU CET Test Centres
IMU CET 2018 will be conducted in 36 centres across the country. Previously, IMU CET was conducted in 35 centres. However, one more centre added by the Indian Maritime University. The name of the centres is given in the table below. The applicant can give 3 preferences while selecting the test centre in the online application form.
