HPCET 2018 is an entrance exam that is held for admission in filling the vacant seats in Private Engineering Colleges of Himachal Pradesh. HPCET 2018 is for admission to 1st year of Bachelor of Technology course. Earlier, the admission to all seats in the first year of B.Tech degree course was made on the basis of merit of rank/score obtained in JEE Main 2018. Presently the University is offering undergraduate and post-graduate programs in the following areas:
- Engineering (B.Tech & M.Tech)
- Pharmacy (B. Pharm. & M. Pharm.)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
The duration of B. Tech degree course is 4 years. The course also includes a compulsory rotating internship of six months
HPCET 2018 is will be conducted in pen and paper mode.
