GB Pant University Counselling Schedule 2018 will be notified in the newspapers for the shortlisted candidates. Counselling will be held on the basis of the GB Pant University 2018 Merit and will start tentatively from the second or third week of July 2018. The shortlisted candidates will be called for GB Pant University Counselling for final admission on the scheduled date and time at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. The physical presence of the candidate during the counselling is mandatory. The Counselling Letter will be sent to the same registered e-mail ID. GB Pant University Counselling 2018 - Get Details
GB Pant University Counselling 2018 is expected to start from the second or third week of July 2018. The candidates who appeared in the exam and have been selected would be called for the counselling process.
The candidate has to be present for the personal interview (counselling) and for on the spot admission, as per the schedule is given in counselling letter for checking of relevant documents and depositing prescribed fee.
Documents to be submitted at the time of GB Pant University Counseling
- High School: Self-Attested photocopies of High School Certificate and Marks-Sheet
- Intermediate: Self-Attested photocopies of Intermediate Certificate and Marks-Sheet
- Other Higher Degree: Self-Attested photocopies of Marks-Sheet and Certificate of any other higher degree qualifications.
- Domicile Certificate: Domicile Certificate of Uttarakhand State issued by the competent authority after 20 November 2001.
- Rural/Sports/Agriculturists: Rural/Sports/Agriculturists Weightage Certificate, in original if applicable
- Character Certificate: Character and Conduct Certificate in original from the Head of the Institution last attended.
- Photographs: Five passport size photographs with name and Roll Number written on the back.
- Category Certificate: Original copy of Category Certificate issued after November 20, 2001.
- In the case of OBC category, the OBC Certificate issued after 31 March 2017, must be submitted in original on the prescribed proforma.
Solemn Voluntary Declaration Form
- Gap Certificate: A Gap Certificate accounting for discontinuity of more than three months after leaving the Institution last attended. (Those employed should bring a certificate from employer, others should produce a sworn affidavit duly notarized on stamp paper of Rs.10 + Notary stamps Rs.10 (total value Rs.20).
- Migration/Transfer Certificate: The Migration/Transfer Certificate in original to be submitted within three months of the admission.
- Non-participation in ragging: As per the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court an affidavit duly signed by the candidate and their parents/guardian for non-participation in ragging on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10.00 duly notarized
- Medical fitness certificate: Medical fitness certificate in the prescribed format
GB Pant University Fees and Refund of Fees
- The eligible candidates, called for counselling for admission to various degree programmes will have to deposit an Advance fee of Rs. 5000 and a counselling fee of Rs.500 in advance.
- The Counselling fee of Rs.500 is “non-refundable” and has to be deposited in cash
- The advance fee has to be deposited through bank draft.
- The Bank Draft has to be drawn in favour of the Comptroller, GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar payable at the State Bank of India (Code No. 1133) or U.Co. Bank (Code No. 678) or Punjab National Bank (Code No. 4446) Pantnagar.
- The Advance fee deposited will be adjusted against the University fee of the programme.
- In case the candidate fails to register within the specified time period, their admission will be automatically considered cancelled and their Advance fee will also be forfeited.
- The Remaining or the total fee as prescribed by the University has to be paid before issuing the ID number.
