ISI Application Form 2018 can be filled Online only for all undergraduate, postgraduate and Diploma courses, candidates are required to fill the common ISI Application Form. Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) has released the admission notification as well as the official ISI Brochure 2018 for admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses which provides the desired candidate all the important information pertaining to the entrance exam, exam date, eligibility criteria, application process, and exam mode. The last date of receipt of duly filled ISI Application Form is 20 March 2018. The last date to pay the Application Fee at SBI is 18 March 2018.
Latest Update: ISI Application Form 2018 deadline is extended to 20 March 2018. The last date to pay the online application fee is now 22 March 2018.
ISI Admission 2018 will be based on ISI 2018 Entrance Exam will be conducted in Pen and Paper mode only on 13 May 2018.

ISI Application Form 2018 Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Register as a New User, Create an account
- The ISI Registration 2018 begins from 7 February 2018, wherein the candidates are required to provide their Group to which they are applying, a valid email id, mobile number, their name.
- Thereafter they have to give a new or existing username with password.
- The password should be the combination of alphabets and numbers Use of space is not allowed. Minimum 8 characters and maximum 15 characters are allowed
- Upon successful registration, the applicant will receive an e-mail with his/her e-mail address with username and password information
Step 2: Log into the Account
After registration, an applicant would have to log into the newly created account for filling in the application form.
Forgot Password: In case, the candidate forgot their password then click ‘forgot password’ link. You will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password.
- All you need to do is type the User Name that you use to login to your Account.The New Password will be sent to your registered e-mail.
Step 3: Fill up the ISI Exam 2018 Application Form
- Page 1: Personal Details- Candidates are required to fill their Name, Full current address of correspondence,
- Course Preference with Code: Further down the page, candidates have to furnish the course for which they are applying as per their preference. Either they can give first preference to BMTB (B. Math- Bengaluru) or B. STAK (B. Stat- Kolkata) or in the second preference vice versa.
- ISI Exam Center Preference (With Code): Candidates have to give three preferences of centre as per their convenience from the list given below:

- Date of Birth: Candidates have to enter their date of birth as mentioned on Class 10 mark sheet by using the calendar given in the Application Form.
- Other Personal Details: Enter other details like Sex, Caste, whether physically Challenged, Father and Mother Name/ Guardian’s name as well as their occupation, Contact Address and Relationship.
- Employment Status: Only those candidates who are employed somewhere have to fill in the information. Rest all others have to leave it blank.
- Upload Photo/ Signature: Candidates have to upload photo/ signature as per the given specifications.
Page 2: Academic Records
- Candidates have to furnish all the details of all academic Examinations in which they have passed or appearing or appeared indicating the % of marks/GPA and class in appropriate columns.
- Candidates have to fill the Board Name to which their Institution is affiliated (CBSE/ICSE/Other recognised State Board), Name of the Degree (Secondary/Higher Secondary)
- The result (Passed/Appearing), Year of Passing, Subjects, Total marks obtained, marks obtained in maths and Statistics, Class Division Grade.
- Further, candidates have to mention whether they are INMO awardee in YES/NO/About to APPEAR. If it is about to appear, then they have to mention in which year they are appearing.
Other Academic Achievements
If candidates are yet to complete the qualifying examination, give the probable dates of completion of the course and the probable dates when the result can be expected.
Step 4: Submit, verify and confirm submission
- Once the candidates click on the Submit Tab, they will be redirected to a new page which is a preview of the ISI Application Form 2018 filled.
- Candidates can go through it thoroughly and check that all the information furnished are correct.
- Once done with the checking, click on Confirm Submission Page.
Step 5: Download or Print the Bank Challan
The candidates can either download or print the bank challan generated by the online system, It must be taken to any branch of State Bank of India for payment after 2 working days.
Step 6: Make Payment for ISI Application Fee
- Online Payment: The fee can be paid online through net banking, debit or credit card or through bank challan. The Last date of making the payment is 18 March 2018.
- SBI Bank Challan: After two working days, candidates can visit any of the nearest SBI Bank Branch and pay the Application Fees. The bank will accept the application fees only in cash as given above and bank charges (Rs. 60).
Candidates belonging to General/JRF Programmes are required to pay an Application Fees of Rs 700. Candidates belonging to Reserved Category are required to pay an Application Fees of Rs 350.

Switching from B Stat to B.Math or vice-versa: The candidate who has applied for the B Stat (Hons) can switch to B Math (H) or vice-versa between 15 March and 5 April 2018. To do so the candidate will have to inform the Dean of Studies of their decisions either in writing or through an e-mail to admissionsupport@isical.ac.in.
ISI Form Submission
ISI application form has to be submitted ONLINE only on or before 20 March 2018. Once the candidates click on the Submit Tab, they will be redirected to a new page which is a preview of the ISI Application Form 2018 filled. Candidates can go through it thoroughly and check that all the information furnished are correct. Once done with the checking, click on Confirm Submission Page. The candidates are not required to send the application form or any other document to the Institute.
