WBJEE Admit Card 2018 - Available!

WBJEE Admit Card 2018 is available to download from 10 April 2018. WBJEE 2018 is a Pen & Paper Based Exam which will be conducted on 22 April 2018. WBJEE Admit Card 2018 is available only to those eligible candidates who have submitted their duly filled application forms ONLINE before the due date. WBJEE Admit Card 2018 will not be dispatched through the post. The candidates are suggested to scroll down to get the WBJEE Admit Card 2018. 

The candidates appearing in the exam has to carry a printed hard copy of the admit card along with a photograph to the examination centre.  Otherwise, the entry of the candidates may be restricted at the exam centre.

WBJEE Admit Card 2018 is available to download from 10 April 2018. The candidates who have successfully filled and submitted the form will only be able to download the admit card. The candidate needs to download the admit card and take a print out, which is to be produced at the WBJEE Exam Centre. To download the admit card, the candidates would have to enter their credentials such as Registration Number & Password.

WBJEE Admit Card 2018 contains Name, Roll Number, photograph, signature, examination  schedule, examination centre details and instructions to the candidates. Candidates must check the relevant details on the downloaded WBJEE Admit Card. 

Guidelines for the candidates appearing in WBJEE 2018

• Candidates will not be permitted to take the WBJEE Entrance Exam without a valid Admit Card. The Admit Card should be presented to the invigilators for verification.
• Candidates are required preserve the WBJEE Admit card in good condition till the admission process gets over.
• Candidate must damage/destroy the Admit Card or alter any entry made therein after it has been authenticated.
• The Admit Card cannot be transferred to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
• Candidates are required to carry an identical copy of original photograph (same as uploaded) on the day of the exam.
• Candidature shall also be cancelled if the candidates fail to produce any of the required documents in original for fulfilment as specified.

Obtaining Duplicate WBJEE Admit Card 2018

Candidates can generate duplicate admit cards only till the date of examination. Hence, candidates are advised to retain their admit cards carefully in secured place to avoid any damage to the document. If a candidate needs a duplicate admit card after the examination, the same can be provided by the Board but until a limited time.

The duplicate admit card after an exam can be obtained until 31 July 2018. In order to get a duplicate admit card, the candidate has to apply to the Board and pay a processing fee of Rs. 500 by a bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board” payable in Kolkata

Exam Centres on WBJEE Admit Card 2018

WBJEE Exam Centre 2018 Choice will be allocated to the candidates according to the choice provided by them in the WBJEE Application Form 2018.

• West Bengal, Assam and Tripura candidates must be allotted a test centre as per one of the three choices selected by them.
• Candidates from states other than the above will be assigned any of the one from Kolkata/Howrah/North 24 Pgs/ South 24 Pgs as their test centre.

More than 3000 candidates will not be issued WBJEE Admit Card 2017

Admit cards cannot be generated for the candidates who did not upload the scanned images of photograph/signature/thumb impression as prescribed in the WBJEE 2018 Information Bulletin.  Click Here for List of candidates

WBJEE Admit Card 2018 for common entrance examination for the admission to Degree Level Courses in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Government Colleges and Self Financing Engineering & Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal will be available for download from the second week of April 2018.
