VIT Online Slot Booking 2018 for VITEEE Started!

VIT Slot Booking 2018 has started on 21 March 2018.  The Slot Booking for the entrance exam has to be done online. VIT Slot Booking or Hall Ticket Download will be done on a ‘first come first serve basis, and are subject to the availability of the Test Center date and time slot. After booking the slot for the VITEEE, the student will only be given one minute time to confirm the booking as it is done on a real-time basis.

Keep a Test Date for VITEEE in mind before starting with Slot Booking. Also, keep a backup of that date in case you do not get your first preference. Make sure the dates you choose for exam do not clash with any other exam date.

• VIT Exam will be conducted from 4 -15 April 2018 and the candidate has to book a slot for this exam.

VIT University has started slot-booking on 21 March 2018. The candidates will require their application Number and Slot booking password to log in for slot booking. VITEEE 2018 Slot Booking System is a web-based online scheduling system available at Official Website.  For VIT Slot Booking the candidates are required to

• Choose the Test City (same as chosen in the application form) and
• The date and the batch of the exams.

VITEEE 2018 Test Cities are spread in different states throughout India and overseas. The candidates can choose the test centre as per their convenience from the list given below and mention the same while doing the online slot booking.

• If any candidates face any difficulty in Slot/Hall Ticket booking, please try the same in any other browser or Mozilla FireFox browser
•  Clear all old cookies using C-Cleaner or press F5 to refresh the webpage 
• In case of any correction /typo error on your Name/ Date of Birth / Gender etc., in Hall Ticket page, please go for slot booking first, the necessary corrections can be done at the time of Counselling/Admission
• Select PCME (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English) or PCBE (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) correctly at the time of slot booking.
• Candidates attempting PCME are eligible for all Engineering programmes and Candidates attempting PCBE are eligible only for Bio stream programmes.
• If Photo/Sign is not printed on your Hall Ticket, Do not Panic. Carry one passport size photo with one photo Identity proof to the Exam Centre.
• Under any circumstances, Change of Test City / Exam Date / Slot / Subject will not be entertained.
• Please ensure a stable internet connection, VIT will not be held responsible for your system failure or any local network failure during slot booking.

How to do VIT Slot Booking 2018 Online

Steps to be followed for Online SLOT Booking System

• Eligibility: Only those candidates are eligible for online slot booking systems which have submitted the duly filled application forms on or before the last date mentioned.

• Login & Verify Details: Candidates have to visit the official website to do the VIT slot booking. They need to login by Entering VIT Application Number and Password.
  • Things to be kept ready: While the applicants perform the VITEEE slot booking 2018, they should have a photocopy of the application form submitted and the VIT slot Booking Password received through e-mail.

VIT Slot Booking Password

• The password for OMR and Online Applicants will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned in the Application Form. Hence, the applicants are required to provide the valid e-mail address.The passwords will be sent via mail or SMS in March 2018
• The Online Test Booking Password is required only for the purpose of booking a schedule given by the University and should be kept confidential.
• The University does not hold any responsibility if the candidate does not receive the mail or the email address given is incomplete or incorrect.

• The candidate is fully responsible for the Online Test Booking Password allotted. VIT University will not entertain any claim or loss or misuse of your online test booking password.
• In case you have not received the Password for slot booking then please check your application status.
• Kindly Check Your Inbox for the Registered E-mail Id for the VIT Slot Booking Password.

Verify Details

• After logging in the candidates have to verify all the details (name, date of birth, course) displayed on the page and in case they find any discrepancy in the details they should send a mail to ugadmission@vit.ac.in or call on 0416-220 2125, 330 5555

Book the Slot for VITEEE Exam

• Candidate should first choose the Test City (this should be the same as chosen in the application form) and then the date and the batch for the exams.The schedule bookings are done on a first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to the availability of the test Centre, date and time. 

• Test Choice: Candidates have to select the test they wish to apply for i.e. they have to select either Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics or Physics / Chemistry / Biology from the drop-down menu to proceed further.
  • Kindly Note: Slot Booking once done cannot be changed under any circumstances. Hence, the requests about a change of test city date or slot will not be entertained.
• Alternative Centre/Date: In the case of non-availability of slots in a test centre of choice, the candidate is required to choose and book a slot in an alternative Centre/Date.
• It is the responsibility of the candidates that they book their test schedule in ONLINE SLOT BOOKING SYSTEM well before the last date.

• Acknowledgement: Once the candidate has completed his/ her Online Slot Booking System a confirmation mail will be automatically sent to the candidate’s email address.

• VITEE Admit Card: Once all the Online Slot Booking System gets completed, the e-Admit card will also be generated that needs to be printed by the student from the website  >> Download VITEEE 2018 Admit Card
