MBBS and BDS admission in COMEDK Colleges will be based on NEET Score. Some seats are reserved for NRI/PIO/Foreign Category Students. Until 2015 the admission to MBBS and BDS colleges was based on COMEDK Exam. The students who want to take admission in any of the COMEDK Participating MBBS or BDS Colleges have to apply and appear for NEET. The counselling for allotment of seats would be done by COMEDK after NEET result is announced.

COMEDK MBBS Participating Colleges
In all the medical colleges under COMEDK, some seats are reserved for students of Hyderabad-Karnataka Region. In Father Muller Medical College majority of the seats are reserved for Christian students and in SDM College of Medical Science, the majority of the seats are reserved for Tulu Minority Community students.

Fee
The Tuition fee charged for the KCET seats is much lower than what is charged for the seats filled through COMEDK. The Tuition Fee for the seats filled through COMEDK is Rs. 5,57,000 per annum for MBBS seats and Rs. 3,90,000 per annum for BDS seats.
