SET Symbiosis Application Form 2018 - Register Online

SET Application Form 2018 is released. The last date to apply for the same is 14 April 2018. Candidates are required to fill and submit the Online Application Form to appear in the Symbiosis Entrance Test 2018, which will be conducted on 5 May 2018. To seek admission in Symbiosis University to any of the Symbiosis Institute to pursue the undergraduate course, the candidates need to fill Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) application form and also need to register themselves for Symbiosis Institute as each institute has their separate admission form. • SET (Previously known as SET-General) - For SCMS, SCMC, SICSR, SSE, SSLA and SSCA
• SLAT (Previously known as SET-Law) - Only for Law
• SEED (Previously known as SET-Design) - Only for Design
• SITEEE (Previously known as SET-Engineering) - Only for Engineering

The process of filling the SET application form started on 29 January 2018 for the admission into B.Teh courses. The steps to fill the SET Application Form 2018 Online is described below. The candidate is advised to fill all the details accurately and adequately. Please keep in mind the application form can be edited till the last date after that it is inevitable.

Steps to Fill the SET Application Form 2018

• STEP 1: The candidates have to register themselves on the official website of Symbiosis International University in which they have to fill the following details
  • Name of the candidates
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number
  • Valid email id
  • Aadhar Number
• STEP 2: After completion of the registration process, the SET ID will get generated for the candidates. The candidates need to save their SET ID for the future reference.

• STEP 3: At this step, the candidates need to fill the form by filling the following details mentioned below:
  • Communication Address: In this section, the candidates need to fill the address of communication.
  • Educational Details: The candidates need to fill the Senior as well as Higher Secondary
  • Upload Photo: In this section of filling the form, the candidates need to upload the photograph.
• STEP 4: The last step is to make the payment of the SET Application Form by choosing any of the five options from the payment option mentioned below

Payment of Symbiosis Application Form Fee

Candidates have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,750 towards the test fee and for the prospectus of undergraduate programmes of Symbiosis International University. If candidate desires to apply for more than one exam (One in morning session and other in afternoon session), then he/she has to pay Rs. 3,500 for the application form. In that case, the candidate can choose one between SLAT and SEED (Morning session), other between SEE and SITEEE (Afternoon session).

Candidates can pay the Application Fees via four modes which have been discussed in detail below. The candidate can also pay the Institute fee along with the SET registration fee at the time of making payment.

Online Payment of SET Application Form Fee

• Payment through credit card: Candidates can either pay directly through either Master or Visa card online.
• Payment through net banking: Candidates can transfer their SET test fee to Symbiosis Test Secretariat account using Net Banking option.

Offline Payment of SET Application Form Fee

• Payment at Axis Bank or Indian Bank: The ‘Payment Slip’ form is in three parts. Candidates have to pay the fee amount in cash at Axis Bank or Indian Bank branches in their city.The bank will return two parts of the ‘payment slip’ form to the candidates. The ‘student copy’ is candidates’ receipt.Candidates have to send the Symbiosis copy of the ‘Payment Slip’ form stamped by Axis Bank or Indian Bank.
• Demand Draft: Candidates have to get a crossed demand draft the required SET Application Fee amount from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune. Further, candidates have to download a single copy of the ‘payment advice’ for Demand Draft and send it along with Demand Draft to the Symbiosis Test.

Submission of Symbiosis SET Application Form 2018

The submission of SET Application form varies according to the mode of payment. Candidates are advised to read and follow all the instructions carefully while filling and submitting the form. 
Online Application Submission
Candidates are advised to check the details of the application form before the final submission because once the application has been processed then the candidates will not be able to do any changes. If the application fee is paid online, the students need not send any document to the Symbiosis University.

Offline Application Submission
In the case of payment made via cash payment at Axis Bank and Indian Bank or Demand Draft, the student has to send the Symbiosis Copy of payment slip / Demand draft to the following address.

SET Application Form is Common for some Symbiosis Institutes

The application form is common for all the institutes of Symbiosis and the courses offered under it. The candidates need not fill the separate application form for each course and institutes. The name of the institutes fall under Symbiosis and the courses offered by each Institute is given in the table below.

The SET will be held at 85 Centres. While filling the SET application form, the candidates have to choose the preferences of 3 centres of their choice. In case the first centre of the preference of the candidate will not be available then the candidate will be allotted the 2nd preference of the centre. The name of the centres is given below.
