Panjab University Executive MBA program is offered by The University School of Open Learning (USOL), formerly known as Department of Correspondence Studies. The Panjab University was established in the year of 1971. USOL offers 2 years MBA Executive Program to the students. This MBA program was started in 2008 to meet the increasing demand of MBA Aspirants. The admission of candidates in this MBA program will be based on the Entrance Test. The entrance test for admission in Panjab University Executive MBA will likely be conducted in the third week of July 2018.

Panjab University Executive MBA Seat Distribution

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline of Panjab University or a degree of any other University which has been recognized by the Syndicate as equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks in the aggregate; Provided that in case of candidates having Bachelor‘s degree of the University through Modern Indian Language [Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi (Gurmukhi Script)] and/or in a Classical Language (Sanskrit/ Persian/ Arabic) or degree of any other University obtained in the same manner recognized by the Syndicate, 50% marks in the aggregate shall be calculated by taking into account full percentage of marks in all the papers in Language excluding the additional optional paper, English and the elective subject taken together.

Or

• A pass in final examination conducted by the (a) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England (b) Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England and (c) Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Or

• AMIE examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and have at least 5 years research/teaching or professional experience.

Steps to fill the Panjab University MBA Application Form

STEP 1: Candidates must fill their general details in the application form such as Name, DOB, Contact No., etc. 

STEP 2: Candidates must fill their educational details such as University Name & Passing Year.

STEP 3: Candidates have to fill their category related information in the application form. 

STEP 4: After filling all information, candidates have to click on “submit” button to submit the application form. 

STEP 5: After successful submission of application form, candidates have to download the SBI Deposit Slip for fee payment.

STEP 6: After Depositing the fee through Bank Challan, candidates have to log in again for final submission of their application form.

Submission of Application Form

The application form can be submitted through online mode only. Candidates have to pay the application fee before the final submission. Candidates are informed that check all information filled in the application form because there will be no changes allowed after the final submission.

Payment of Application Fee

The application fee for the entrance exam of Panjab University Executive MBA program has to be paid through Challan. This challan can be deposited at any SBI Branch, minimum one day after the generation of challan. Candidates are advised to pay the application fee before the due date.

Payment of Course Fee

Those candidates who qualified the entrance test have to pay the course fee for the first semester. The course fee has to be paid through Bank Draft. The Bank Draft has to be drawn in the favour of Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh at the time of physical counselling for securing the seat.

Panjab University Executive MBA Admit Card will be available for downloading from the website by the candidate using his/her own Login ID and Password provided while generating Bank Challan. The candidates will be communicated through email only for this purpose.

Panjab University Executive MBA Application Fee

Panjab University Executive MBA Course Fee

The selection of candidates will be based on the entrance test conducted by the university. The candidates who have qualified Entrance Test have to submit duly filled Admission Form, as per the guidelines displayed on the above-said website. The merit list will be prepared after the declaration of MBA entrance exam result.

Panjab University Executive MBA Counselling

Those candidates whose names are in the merit list will be required to attend counselling personally according to her/his merit position on the day/s shown in the counselling schedule. Candidates are required to deposit the original certificates at the time of counselling.

The candidates qualified in the entrance test and selected for admission through counselling will have to bring the following documents at the time of admission counselling:

• Original mark sheet of passed classes
• DMCs
• DegreesMigration Certificates, employment certificates,

• Employment certificates,
• Reserve category certificates 
• Two photographs of stamp size

Admission Fee: The candidates taking admission through counselling have to bring a demand draft in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh of Rs. 24,487 for securing the seat.
