BE Eligibility Criteria for M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology Admissions

 Educational Qualification - A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 (equivalent to the two-year Pre-University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination are eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.

• The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC Category candidates.
• The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/ technology courses).

Educational Qualification - A candidate who has passed Class 12 (equivalent to the two-year Pre-University in Karnataka).

• Course with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level of examination and English is one of the Language.

Qualifying Entrance Exam -  NATA 2018 (with minimum 40% marks)

Steps to fill MSRIT Application Form

• STEP 1: Candidates have to fill their general details such as Name, DOB, Gender etc.
• STEP 2: Candidates have to fill their address, contact details on the application form.
• STEP 3: Candidates must fill their academic details in the particular section.
• STEP 4: Candidate's passport size photograph must paste on the top of the application form.

Documents to be submitted with the application form. It is to be noted that candidates must not staple or Pin the Application and Certificates. If required it can be clipped with Jump Clips.

Submission of the Application Form

The candidates after filling up the application form need to submit their application form. Before the final submission, the candidates are suggested to cross check all the details filled by them in the application form.
