IIMC Entrance Exam - PG Diploma in Journalism admission process has started from 20 March 2018. The candidates who want to become a skilled and professionally trained journalist have a chance to pursue journalism from IIMC (Indian Institute of Mass Communication) which is one of the premier institutes of mass communication in India. IIMC offers 1 year PG Diploma in Journalism (Hindi, English and Urdu). The candidates can fill the application form until 10 May 2018. Educational qualification:
The candidates who want to get admission in PG Diploma in Hindi/ English Journalism at IIMC will be required to fill the application form. The application process for IIMC Admission has started from 20 March 2018. The candidates can fill the application form on or before the due date i.e. 10 May 2018. The candidates sometimes while filling the form end up making mistakes to certain sections. To ignore such activity, the steps with brief instructions are provided on this page below. The candidates are suggested to follow the below steps while filling the application form for PG Diploma in Hindi/ English Journalism Admission.

Candidates are advised to be cautious while filling the form and check the details of the application form before making the final submission as the candidates need to know that once the application gets submitted, the candidates will not be able to change the details of the application form. After the successful submission of the application form, the candidates are also advised to keep at least two printouts of the application form with them for future reference.
The IIMC Admit Card for the entrance exam will be available before the exam. However, the exact date is not notified yet. Once the admit card gets released, the candidates will be able to download the admit card by following the link below. The admit card will not be dispatched through the post to the candidates, so no correspondence in this regard will be considered. The candidates must know that an admit card is an important document to be carried at the examination centre.

The candidates can make payment of the IIMC application fee as under. Application Fee is different for all the categories. The candidates belonging to the respective categories must pay their Application.
The fee has to be paid through online mode only that is credit card/debit card/net banking. The application fee is to be paid only once and the candidates need to make the payment of the application fee according to their category.

The candidates will be selected for admission into PG Diploma in Hindi/English Journalism at IIMC on the basis of a pen-paper entrance examination which is conducted by IIMC every year. The result is expected to be declared in the June 2nd/ 3rd week 2018. After that, the interview will be held.

However, the candidates have to manage to reach these centres on their own expenses. The candidates who qualify in the entrance examination will be called for a personal interview and group discussion. Personal interview and group discussion will be held at the IIMC Campus.
