The candidates, who want to get admission in four years BSc (Hons) Nursing program, must appear in the entrance examination conducted by the college. The application process for BSc Nursing program will be conducted in offline mode. The admission to B.Sc Nursing course will be based on the selection test.

RAKCON result displays the name, roll number, category and marks obtained (out of 150). Along with this, the names of candidates called for RAKCON counselling to be held on 10 July are also available. Age: Minimum age requirement is 17 years as on 1 October 2019. Only Female candidates can apply for this course.
Academic Qualification:
The application form for Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing BSc Admission has released from 5 March 2019. The candidates seeking admission in BSc (Hons) Nursing would be able to fill the form until 20 April 2019. The link to download the application form is available on this page soon. The fees will be accepted only in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favour of “THE PRINCIPAL, R.A.K. COLLEGE OF NURSING” payable at New Delhi. The application fee has to be paid in the form of Demand Draft. The DD has to be drawn for Principal, Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing payable at Delhi.
In the case of non-payment of application fee in the form of demand draft along with the downloaded application form then it will be summarily rejected. The Demand Draft along with the filled application form has to be sent to the following address.

The admit card for the RAKCON will be available before the selection test, and no official date has been announced for that. The admit card will have details like the roll number for the exam and the venue of the exam. The candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam without the admit card. The selection of the candidates for admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Course will be made on the merit of Selection Test. All candidates, irrespective of reserved or non-reserved category, have to appear for the Selection Test except foreign national.

About RAKCON
Amrit Kaur College of Nursing was set up in 1946. This college is one of the pioneer institutes for nursing education in India and South East Asian region offering basic and higher education programs. The main objective of this institution is to train young women as professional nurses for meeting the health needs of the country.
The college is affiliated to the University of Delhi as Department of Nursing under Faculty of Science and controlled by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This college is providing and promoting education and research in the field of nursing.
Selection test was held on 16 June 2019 in New Delhi as per the venue indicated on the Admission Ticket. The selection test will be of two hours and thirty minutes (2 and 1/2 hours) duration and shall contain objective type (multiple choice) items.

Duration of Exam: 2:30 Hours
Mode of Questions: Objective Type (Multiple Choice)
The test will be based on Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Curriculum of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and shall also include, some items on English Comprehension and general knowledge in health. Therefore, the candidates are advised to prepare yourself according to the Class 12 syllabus.
