Domicile: He should be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand. In case the applicant is not the permanent resident of Uttarakhand, then he/she still can apply but would not claim for the reserved seats.

Age: Should be a minimum of 17 years old on or before 31 December 2018

Academic Qualification for B.Sc. Nursing 2018

• Candidate should have passed class 12 with these subjects, Physics, Chemistry, Biology as main and English (Optional/ mandate), with an aggregate average of 45%marks.
• In case candidate passed class 12 in science stream from National Institute of Open School, the candidates are eligible to apply if he/she has secured at least 45% aggregate.

Academi Qualification for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing 2018

• The candidates of the permanent resident of Uttarakhand should have passed Class 10, Class 12 and G.N.M exam from any recognised college in Uttarakhand.
• Should have passed all or any of these, Class 10, Class 12 and G.N.M. exam, from a recognised University outside Uttarakhand.
• In the case of Non- resident of Uttarakhand, candidates who have not passed their class 10, class 12 and G.N.M. in Uttarakhand from any recognised University.
• These candidates cannot claim for any reserved seats, they will be considered belonging to the general category.

Things to keep ready before filling the HNBUMU Online Application Form

• The photograph must be taken on or after June 1st week 2018 in JPEG format only (Size 50 kb max.)

Steps to fill HNBUMU B.Sc Nursing Application Form

The candidates are provided with the instructions to fill the HNBUMU application form. The candidates are suggested to follow the instructions carefully which will help them to ignore the mistakes while filling the application form.

STEP 1: Register: New User will have to register by clicking New User button and entering the Mobile number. A password will be sent to your Mobile number. Enter your Mobile number and Password to log in. Fill the details, Upload photos and Save them.

STEP 2: Fill the Application Form: Select the course to be applied and fill the application form giving Candidate’s personal details, Contact Details, Academic information and give test centre preference.

STEP 3: Upload the Photograph and Signature.

STEP 4: Pay the application fee: After filling and submitting the Application form, go to User Activity and select the option Pay fees. Candidates can pay the application fee using any one of the two available payment modes.

• Online Mode: the application fee has to be paid using Debit Card/Credit Card/ Internet Banking.
• Offline Mode: E-Challan. If the offline mode is selected, it will generate the E-challan form. Take a print-out of the E-challan and after 24 hours, deposit the amount in any branch of Allahabad Bank.

Submission of Application Form 

Online payment: Candidates who have paid the application fee using Online Mode need not sent any printout of the application form or any other documents to the University. However, they are advised to keep the print receipt for future reference.

Offline payment: Candidates who have paid the application fee via Offline Mode (E-Challan) have to send Application form printout and E-Challan fee deposit receipt to the University on or before July 2018 (5.00 PM) on the following address:

HNBUMU B.Sc Nursing Admit Card 2018

Admit card will be sent on the email ID given by the applicant in the application form on July 2018. The candidate can also download admit card from the University`s website as well. Admit Card is available on the official website only for those eligible candidates who have submitted their duly filled application forms before the due date.

The admit card will be uploaded on the website 14 days prior to the examination. Keep your admit card and password safe for future references till counselling is done. Candidates are advised to check the details like name of the students, exam centre, exam dates etc. on the printed admit card

The application fees of the HNBUMU B.Sc Nursing for the different category. The candidates belonging to the respective categories must pay their application fee as per their category.

HNBUMU B.Sc Nursing Refund of Fees

• In case the candidate wants to terminate the admission after the first counselling, then he/ she can do so by intimating the Counselling Board through the Principal in this regard. After deducting Rs.1000 and all the other expenses did, the fees will be refunded to the candidate.
• If the candidate wants to terminate the admission after the second counselling, he/she will be refunded the fees amount after deducting Rs.1000 and other expenses did, only if the seat is filled by any other candidate.
• If any candidate wants to transfer his allotted college he/she can do so as per the prescribed guidelines. The amount of Rs. 1000 and other expenses done will be deducted from the refund amount.

The HNBUMU B.Sc Nursing Result for the academic year 2018-19 is expected to be released in the third week of July 2018. The candidates who have appeared in the exam would be able to check their result on the official website. HNBUMU BSc Nursing Admission 2018 Counselling

• Counselling will be done for the shortlisted candidates on the basis of Merit List. The University is trying to process the counselling through online medium.
• All the candidates will have to deposit 500 INR through Online or E-Challan medium in the prescribed time, to take part in the Online Counselling. The amount is non-refundable.

The Question papers for all the exams, i.e. BSc Nursing/ Post Basic BSc Nursing/ MSc Nursing will be prepared separately based on the syllabus guidelines made by I.N.C.

• Question Type: Multiple Choice questions (MCQ)
• Total No. Questions: 100 MCQs of 1 mark each.
• Language: English and Hindi
• Use Black ball tip point ball pen to mark the answers in OMR sheet.

HNBUMU B.Sc Nursing - Distribution of Questions

The details regarding the seat allocation for reservation will be displayed on the University website at the time of Counselling. Out of 30 seats for Post Basic BSc Nursing Course, 10 seats are reserved for the regular nursing staff of Medical Health Department, Uttarakhand.

But they will have to produce no-objection certificate issued by their Competitive authority. To apply for these seats, the applicant does not necessarily need to pass class 10 and class 12 from Uttarakhand.
