KIIT Bachelor of Design Admission 2018

KIITEE Bachelor of Design 2018 will be a computer-based test which will be conducted on various centres across India from April 15 to April 24, 2018. KIITEE Bachelor of Design 2018 Admission will be conducted on the basis of KIITEE 2018 entrance exam conducted by KIIT University, in order to give admission to eligible candidates in Under Graduate Engineering, Architecture, medical, law and post-graduate programmes under Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. 

• There is a common KIITEE 2018 application form for all the courses at KIIT University but the Entrance Exam will be different for all the courses and will be in accordance with the Exam pattern.
• About 20,500 students have been enrolled in various courses in KIIT University.

To appear for KIITEE 2018, there are no application fees. Till 2014 students had to pay application fees but in 2015, the university has taken a decision to charge no application fees from the applicants. So let us wait and watch what happens this year.

• KIITEE 2018 Bachelor of Design is conducted by KIIT University for admission into KIIT School of Fashion Technology.
• KIITEE 2018 Bachelor of Design is a 4 years course available to eligible candidates in Under Graduate Fashion Designing courses for the following:

Age: Candidate should be born on or after July 01, 1996.

Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with minimum 50% marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised Central/State Board.

Students from all states of India can apply for KIIT School of Fashion Technology.

KIITEE 2018 Important Dates 

For admission to the B.Design Undergraduate programs offered by KIIT University, candidates are required to fill in the KIIT University Application Form via any one of the two modes mentioned below:

• Online: The candidates can apply online through the official website of KIIT. The candidates need to apply online and fill all the important details such as personal, education qualification etc. The candidates also needs to upload their photograph as well.
• Offline: The candidates can also apply offline by downloading the Application Form from the official website. It will not be available in hard copy at the college premises. The candidates must use black ball point pen and CAPITAL Letters while filling the KIIT offline Application Form. The candidates should also paste a recent passport size color photograph.

KIITEE 2018 Application Form Submission

For the year 2018, candidates are not required to pay any application fees/ registration fees for KIIT Entrance Exam.

KIIT Bachelors of Design Fee 2018

Following is the tuition fee for the B.Design Textile & fashion, and the candidates will have to pay other fees as required by the university.

KIITEE Result 2018 will be announced on 5 May 2018. A cut-off qualifying mark will be fixed by the University, at the time of declaration of Entrance Result. The result will be published Online. The candidates can see their result by giving their Application number.

• Rank Card indicating the Rank in Entrance Examination shall be sent to the qualified candidates. Candidates can download the rank card from the website.
• On the basis of marks secured by the candidate in Entrance Examination, separate Merit lists will be prepared for all the programs.

KIITEE 2018 Counselling for Bachelors of Design

KIITEE Counselling 2018 will be held on 20 May 2018. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Counselling, Seat Allotment, Document Verification for final Admission.

Documents to be carried at the time of Counselling or Admission

The candidates who are called for Counselling must bring the following Original Documents and token fees to the Counselling Centre:

• KIITEE 2018 Admit Card
• KIITEE 2018 Rank Card
• Class 10 and Class 12 Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
• Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.
• Demand Draft of Rs 75,000 which includes the Counselling Registration Fees of Rs. 10000 (non-refundable) in favour of KIIT, Payable at Bhubaneswar.

• Duration: 180 minutes
• Questions: It contains 120 objective type questions in English. Each question will be followed by four answers of which only one is correct / most appropriate.
• Language: Language of the questions will be in English
• Scoring: Each correct answer fetches 4 marks
• Negative Marking: For each wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.
