Candidates can get their DAIICT merit list and can also register themselves for the DAIICT counselling 2018. DAIICT admission 2018 is a technological university located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat that offers various undergraduate & postgraduate courses. Candidates who will qualify in DAIICT entrance exam and JEE Main 2018 will be able to secure their admission in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DAIICT 2018).

The 4-year Undergraduate Programs and Number of Intakes at DAIICT 2018, Dhirubhai Engineering College, offers admission in two specializations that are
50% of seats in DAIICT are reserved for candidates who have passed the Qualifying Examination from the schools located in the State of Gujarat and seats will be filled through ACPC Counselling.

For Admission to B. Tech programs: Candidates should have passed class 12 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and any one of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Botany.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in 2018 are also eligible to apply for consideration of provisional admission
Age Criteria: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1 October 1993 are eligible.

The candidates who are appearing for JEE Main 2018 can only apply for admissions at DA-IICT. Candidates for seeking admissions to B.Tech Programs at DA-IICT have to submit an online application form available on the official website. The last date to submit DAIICT Application form is in the last week of July 2018.
Things to be kept ready before filling the application form:
After submitting the Application Form Online, candidates are NOT required to send the hardcopy. However, the candidates are advised to keep a printout of the application form for the future reference.
A limited number of seats will be offered through a separate channel called ‘Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students’ (DAFS) to Non-Resident Indians, Foreign Nationals, and Persons of Indian Origin. (details are given towards the end of the page)
DAIICT 2018 Application Fees: Candidates have to pay a non-refundable Application fee of Rs. 1200. Payment of Application Fee can only be made online.
Fees at DAIICT are charged semester wise with the registration at the beginning of the semester. However, the fee structure is subject to revision.

Note: Tuition Fee and Caution Fee i.e. Rs. 96,000 (tuition fee + caution deposit) is required to be submitted at the time of DAIICT counselling.
Merit Scholarship: A few students admitted to the programs would be awarded merit scholarship equivalent to full tuition fees. Also, five merit-cum-means scholarship would be offered to the students with highest Ranks subject to a means test.
R-Com UG Scholarships: Ten merit-cum-means scholarships are given under this scheme from 2014 batch onwards, and the awards will be presented to 2018 batch as well.
Mukhya Mantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojna: The admitted B.Tech students are encouraged to apply for the ‘Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme’ of the Government of Gujarat. The Scheme provides financial support to bright and needy students.

Short-listed candidates will be offered admission (confirmed/ waitlisted) in order of their merit in JEE Main 2018.
Those candidates who have got confirmed admission and not participating further in the admission process at ACPC only required to come for the Registration. Apart from the documents issued by the ACPC, following certificates (original and a set of photocopy) need to be bought at the time of Registration along with the forms available at DA-IICT web site:
Reservation for admissions at DA-IICT: 50% of seats are reserved for students who have pursued their primary education in schools of Gujarat and these seats are filled via the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat.
All India Categories: Remaining 50% seats will be filled directly by DA-IICT.
Admission of Foreign and NRI Students’ (DAFS) to Non-Resident Indians, Foreign Nationals, and Persons of Indian Origin will be offered through a separate channel called ‘Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students’ (DAFS).

Eligibility Criteria to apply for Direct Admission of Foreign and NRI Students (DAFS) category: NRI status of the candidate applying under this category should be valid until the first week of August 2018. The following categories of people will be considered as NonResident Indians;
The general eligibility remains same, however, the candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent from any system recognized by the Association of Indian University (AIU), New Delhi.

Selection Process of NRI candidates
The admissions will be based on candidate's admission performance in the 12th standard or equivalent examination and SAT subject test/ AP tests at A-levels in Physics, Mathematics/ JEE Main/ equivalent standard examination of United Kingdom (UK). The candidate will have to e-mail the scanned copy of following documents directly to international_students@daiict.ac.in.
