COMEDK UGET 2018 is conducted for the admission to undergraduate courses in participating engineering colleges for the academic session 2018-19. COMEDK UGET is conducted by Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). There are 14 Medical, 24 Dental and 181 engineering colleges in Karnataka who make available almost 20,000 seats for admission through COMEDK UGET 2018. The exam is not for lateral entry admission. KPCF and KUPECA have entrusted COMEDK with the responsibility of conducting the entrance examination and seat selection process. Scroll down to get the complete details regarding COMEDK UGET 2018.

COMEDK Cut Off 2018 for Engineering / Architecture
COMEDK UGET Mock Test is now available for the candidates. Therefore, all the candidates who are appearing in the exam are suggested to take a mock test. It will help the candidates to be familiarized with the computer-based test. There would be 6 more different mock tests will be made available to the students before they take the final examination.

Domicile: COMEDK UGET 2018 is open to all the eligible students in the country and is not only for the students of Karnataka. Students from all recognized boards can apply for the entrance exam. Karnataka & Non-Karnataka Category for COMEDK
Academic Qualification
The candidate must have passed second PUC or Class 12 Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination recognized by State / Central Government. The candidates who are appearing for their qualifying exam in March / April are also eligible.
There shall be no Entrance Test for candidates seeking admission to B. Arch Course. Candidates seeking B. Arch course shall submit the separate application form.
Qualify NATA Exam: The candidate seeking admission to B.Arch should have cleared NATA 2018 with a minimum score of 80 out of 200 for both General Merit and Category Candidates.
The candidate must have passed 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent Examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects along with other subjects OR
NOTE: Diploma Candidates are not eligible to take COMEDK 2018 UGET entrance test.
COMEDK UGET 2018 Application Form is available from 16 January 2018. The candidates can fill the application form in order to appear in the COMEDK UGET Examination. The application form can be filled through online mode only, there is no offline process for the COMEDK UGET Application Form. The applicants are required to fill a common application form for the COMEDK UGET and UNi-Guage.
Applicants can apply individually or for both via the same application process. Candidates are required to take the printout of the filled in application form on A4 Size sheet of paper. Further, they have to get the Principal seal and signature from the college where they have last studied in the space provided in the printed application form.

COMEDK Application form is to be submitted in online mode only. Applicants do not have to send any kind of printed application form via post to anywhere. Applicants are advised to keep the copy of the confirmation page after the successful payment of application fee. Applicants have to upload the relevant documents required to verify the candidature of the applicants. These documents are to be submitted in a digitally scanned copy only.
Applicants have to pay the COMDK Application Form in Online mode only. There is no offline mode of payment. Applicants can pay the application fee via any of the modes listed below. No other mode of payment is to be accepted by the candidates.
COMEDK UGET Admit Card also known as Test Admission Ticket (TAT) will be available to download from 4 May 2018. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without getting a valid admit card. The admit card can be downloaded after logging in the COMEDK UGET panel or by following the link given below.

The candidates have to pay the application fee to appear in the test; The COMEDK 2018 Application Fee is given below which is to be paid through the online mode by the candidates, Candidates have an option to apply individually for the COMEDK and UNIGauge or for both the exams. Check the required application fee which is to be paid. Application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

COMEDK UGET 2018 Selection Process involves given below stages, Each of the applicants has to go through the listed below stages to be eligible for the admissions.
Stage 1: Provisional Answer Keys: The provisional answer keys of COMEDK UGET 2018 will be released by the COMEDK by 17 May 2018 and applicants can verify their answers by going through them.
Stage 2: Test Score Publication Result: Test scores of COMEDK UGET 2018 will be released on 28 May 2018.
Stage 3: Final Merit / Rank List Publication
Stage 4: Centralised Counselling for COMEDK UGET 2018
The publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counselling (Single window system) in so far as Member Institutions are concerned. There will be two rounds of counselling.

COMEDK Results 2018 for engineering has been declared on 28 May 2018 for COMEDK 2018 exam to be conducted on 13 May 2018. The students can check their COMEDK 2018. Biometric Verification
Candidates appearing for Under Graduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2018 may be required to undergo biometric verification to ensure fairness to the merit students and to eliminate fraudulent attempts. It can be done:
COMEDK Tie Resolving Technique
If there will be a tie in the test score then the authority will adopt the principle of least negative responses (Number of wrong answers). In addition, if required, other methods may be accepted to break ties.
COMEDK Exam will be conducted on 13 May 2018 and duration of the exam is 3 hours. Each Question will carry one mark and there will be No Negative marking. It is a computer-based exam and so the students can change their answer any number of times.The exam will be conducted in English Language only.

There is no specified syllabus released officially to appear in the COMEDK 2018, However, the entrance test is based on the existing syllabus of the Class 10+2/12th STD / 2nd PUC. Applicants can also take the COMEDK Mock Test which will be available from February 2018 to get the idea about the COMEDK test. As many as 6 different mock tests will be made available to the students before they take the final examination on 13th May 2018.
